Desayunamos ahÃ, y de lo bueno que es decidimos comer también en Los Cafetos! Excelente comida, buen sazón, precios accesibles y excelente trato.
This is a great little spot on the edge of town- away from all the chaos of the center. Itâs a beautifully adorned restaurant with a gorgeous terrace to sit on and enjoy the best chai Iâve ever had. The owner was is a really cool, well traveled bi-lingual woman who has obviously put a lot of time and thought into the decor and the flavor of the creatively presented dishes. I highly recommend stepping out of the chaos of downtown for a moment to savor the beauty of this place!

Uno de mis lugares favoritos para desayunar! Atendido por sus dueñas, siempre con una sonrisa. No dejen de probar el sandwich waffle y la malteada de fresa. Muy buen café también!

Cultural place of experiences around the enjoyment, style and ambience of the coffee tradition in Xalapa.
The decor is almost like a movie set: photos of coffee house & plantations adorn the walls, it is almost a labyrinth of rooms and each room has its own special flare. I had a hot chocolate and a flat pizza, scrumptious! Thanks a lot for your review! We hope to see you soon so you can enjoy this place again.
If you are looking for a nice dinner with a fun and relaxing environment, this is the place for you. pizzas, tapas, chapatas, salads and the best pasta pesto in town.
I just love their Spaghetti al pesto. They serve delicious mini-pizzas among other nice food. The service is nice (sometimes a bit slow, but kind). Prices are fine according to the quality of the food. The place itself and the ambientation are nice too (sometimes a bit crowded).
Solo ofrecen chilaquiles, pero la variedad de como pueden prepararlos es inmensa, con distintos salsas y acompañantes, el único problema es que es solo el fin de semana (viernes, sábado y domingo)

This is a must if you are in Veracruz. They have the best hot chocolate, sweet bread and eggs you have ever tried. This is authentic Mexican food of the best quality. It's a very busy place so there's lots of noise and you have to wait for a table but it's well worth it!

I went to this cafe because it was so highly rated on Tripadvisor, but I got the impression that maybe people only liked it because of its location next to a park. The location is great (right downtown, just outside the Diego Rivera art museum (which is free but had no Rivera's on display when I visited, only photographs of naked men)), but the coffee is also great, and the service very friendly. My waiter spoke English, which helped, and the cafe con leche I ordered was far superior to the one I had at the Cafe la Parroquia in Veracruz (there's one in Xalapa too). I also got the impression that this was an indoor cafe (it's not) and that it's an internet cafe. Maybe they have wifi, I don't know, but it's really just a very nice, regular cafe.

The Xalapa version of the Puerto de Veracruz legend! The food is very well priced and well prepared. You can sample a number of regional specialties here and the coffee is always excellent. The little cornbread "torta de elote" was surprisingly good.
