You can travel far and wide in Latin America before you find a place that actually knows what a decent cut of steak is, and how to prepare it. Mooo Bank knows how for beef, chicken and pork! Simple grilled veggies on the side, some mushrooms, whiskey... and I'm in heaven! If you are in San Cris be sure to eat there!!

Visited this restaurant on an organised trip from a cruise ship. Great room, decorated for Christmas. Food was an excellent pre-ordered menu with several meats. Service was excellent is spite of the large party and most spoke english. Would hope to go back one day

This is a great restaurant for several reasons. First and foremost, their outdoor courtyard. It is a great place to relax and get away from the hustle and dust of Caracas. You can see and hear the fountain along the back wall that gives a relaxed vibe. Second, the service is top notch. There were several people catering to our every need, and we could tell that they each really wanted us to enjoy our meal. Third, the food! We had steak with bearnaise sauce. The sauce was fantastic and perfectly made. The Roquefort dressing for the salad was fantastic as well, although the iceberg salad could have been better. It needed some crumbled bacon and diced onions in order to make it a true chopped lettuce salad. We got grilled vegetables as a side that were fantastic as well: some of the best vegetables that we have eaten in Caracas. It astounds me that it is so difficult to get vegetables in restaurants here.... Overall, Hereford Grill was a great experience and we'll be back.

This place is good for office lunch! Next to office complex and factories in the east side of Caracas. Service is mostly above average and food is also above average. i usually order the Santa Barbara Steak which is a thick piece of meat with fat on one side! I order rare "arrebatado" (Pitsburgh style), and they do it very well. I also order a small side of marine salt that gives the meat that extra flvour... The yuca (boiled) is also quite good... This time I had some fried plaintains... Also very good...This place is a must when I am in Caracas! Not a great location though... Just go and get out of there... No place to walk or do anything else!!! Dont go at night!!!!Enjoy

Service is always very good here. The waiters are long lasting employees, very dedicated to their business. The bar is very nice and on Thursdays there is a great ambiance for after hour drinks. Totally recommended for business meetings and to invite international invites that stay at the renaissance hotel right beside this nice steakhouse.

The quintessential Caracas Steakhouse; has been around for many years with ups and downs in food quality and service. It is still a very popular, usually quite noisy and well attended restaurant which moves people rather quickly; the service is quick, the steaks are generally good, properly cooked and tasty. The menu is varied and there are always daily specials not on the menu; but a caveat here, inquire about the price, otherwise you might be faced with an unpleasant surprise. The restaurant has been constantly upgraded its facility. Valet parking is available.

At this moment this is the best steak house in Caracas period. Great service and very good location. Order the cheese appetizers with the arepas.... then order either the t bone or the bife.... you will not be disappointed... deserts are not the strong point of this place so avoid....

I've been coming to this restaurant for years and have had little complaints... this trip, service was still above average but food... here is where I ask what happened !!! Ordered several starters like tequenos, yuca tequenos and both were awful! The fried cheese... worst... salad was good.... meat, well maybe it was this day, but not good, over cooked and not tender.... desert was also below average...Will return to see if it was just this one time...Enjoy

A top notch restaurant, very large, with a waterfalls inside. Seating for large groups is possible. There are several grilling stations around the restaurant, so you may see your meat cooked. They also offer good deals on bottles of wine. There is a full bar in th restaurant, that often offers live upbeat music, (at times a little loud, so choose your seating accordingly). It is Avery large place, so you have lots of choices. There is a viewing station at the entrance, so you may select you cut of meat by viewing your choices. Parking is difficult in the neighborhood, so use their Valet parking, fast, efficient and donation.
