After dealing with all the crowds in Venice and the busy main streets of Murano, this restaurant on a small square was wonderful. The food and drinks were delicious and very reasonably priced. We stayed traditional with cannelloni and lasagna. The staff was friendly and the meal was topped off with a complimentary grappa.

We ate here twice and each time we had Arif as our waiter. He is outstanding! Speaks excellent English and has a great personality. He made great recommendations and always assured us if we didn’t care for something he’d change it out for us. The food was good but nothing to rave about. It’s a quiet place with lots of locals. It was a little chilly so we ate inside both times and it was very nice. Located about 10 minute walk from train station.

My fiancee and I had a dinner at Duilio's to try the dinner menu for our wedding and there wasn't a single dish which wasn't fantastic. The food is really great, from starters to main dishes (capesante, risotto and ravioli are the top ones). Service also very good and friendly, suggested to everyone!

Lovely understated restaurant in a quiet road. We didn't book but got a table straightaway. The waiter was very good and the chef came to check on us a couple of times. The fish was the freshest and best cooked we've had inn a long time. I had the turbot as a starter and it was very simply cooked and absolutely delicious. My husband had gamberoni and they were amazing. Highly recommended.

Nice, intimate and cozy place: just 20 (or less!!) seats. The food is very well done: I suggest the Capelunghe gnocchetti. Very tasty and with a personality. The manager and the waiter are very friendly and professional. Price: around 50€ /pax with wine and dessert.

We were so looking forward to dinner, and perhaps we just hit a bit of bad timing: but everyone seemed flustered when we arrived, and it took nearly half an hour before we got a drink. We also found ourselves in a slightly soulless room at the back, which seemed only to be occupied by foreigners, with Italians in the jollier bit at the front.Having got that off my chest, the food was spectacularly clever, and the taster menu seemed to be the one to go for. Wine was good, but expensive. The owner came to introduce himself, which was a nice touch.I suspect lunch or dinner outside is the better way to go. Next time.Hello , and thank you for your appreciation about the food:at least and first of all Riviera is a Restaurant and we are really proud about what we propose to our Guests and really happy when they appreciate it.About the price of the wine -as I already wrote too much times on these pages too- , there is a huge difference between “expensive “ and “pricey” , and Quality , the Real one, have a price.Anyway our wine list propose about 250 different bottles, each one of a selected quality but with a really wide range of prices, and you chose your one.Only for your information, I was recently criticized by some “colleagues” because I propose some “important” wines at an affordable price, too much affordable, they mean.About the room , the first Guest arriving choose his table: some one prefer one room, some others the other, and the "slightly soulless room at the back", with delicate artworks by Marcello Chiarenza and the light work by Fabrice Kebourg , it's possibly my preferred one , and I take care about any single detail.About the Service no question, you are ab-so-lu-tely unfair. There can be only one reason if a table wait more than 5 (five, not 30) minutes before to have a drink:only if the Guest, just arrived, decide to go immediately at the washroom, and then when he came back his friend go there too, and one after the other will do it , not giving to my Collaborators the chance to approach the table having all the Guests sit down to make a proposal and/or to receive a command.Obviously I understand that, but this is absolutely not our responsibility; 4 Guests on a table doing that, and 15minutes will be gone for sure (but not 30!).You must know that to have the time to receive correctly our Guests we never receive more than 3 or max 4 tables every 1/2hour, you can check it on line:obviously if one table arrive 20 minutes late and another one 15 minutes in advance, and someone walk in at the same time having in the meanwhile another table that is stopped because first he was at the phone with the daughter or with his Associate, then he went to the wc, then he forgot the glasses in the pocket etc etc., it will be a little bit difficult to respect a perfect timing , but I repeat that you can understand that it’s not our will or responsibility , for sure.Did you ever think about it?Never before?!Neither when you “quickly” answered to one message leaving the washroom?I see.Our process is clear and precise:⁃ we receive the Guest and propose a table taking care about coat, bags , etc.⁃ we propose and bring them the preferred mineral water, still, sparkling, or both⁃ we serve the water and we ask for a drink .(We don’t propose a drink only to the Guests walking in without a reservation: maybe they arrived by hazard and I don’t want that anybody can have the sensation that we force him to drink=spend money). So if the Guests don’t start the “wc/phone/picture/one more/washroom/phone call/I forgot my shoes WorldTour” , in 5 minutes maximum everything it will be done and I’ll be at the table to welcome the them one more time and to introduce myself, our Carte, and the Wine List.Otherwise I’ll be at their table only just a while before the advertising break, but only if I’ll be lucky. And as you wrote I was at your table to welcome you and for sure to enquire about your satisfaction at least 2 times but...you didn’t say anything to me about your drinks...so ?!Maybe you were sending a last sms from the wc at that moment?Maybe not, but for sure you are unfairGP Cremonini
