Very friendly and nice french speaking owner welcome us in this b&b. Not very easy to find it but google maps can help you. The room has an old time fashion and it's very comfortable, as well as the other services. Wonderful breakfast and average price.

An undiscovered gem and probably the best value place in Areni. Don't expect much English but the people are very helpful, and honest. Cooking facilities, wifi and clean facilities. We stayed 2 nights while going to Noravank. A basic cottage with 3 seperate rooms and good bathroom. No signage on the highway. Look for a rusty gate by a small lake and follow it. We'd stay here again

We spent 3 nights here and were so happy about our choice. We are immediately warmly welcomed by the friendly Bella and here excellent homemade wine and honey... There are spacious rooms inside where we spent 1 night and we stayed 2 in the little more adventoureous but still very confortable treehouse. Delicious and cheap dinner (including wine and vodka...) and breakfast made from homegrown vegetables; also cooks vegetarian meals. Bella speaks english and can arrange fairly priced tours with their vehicle in the region.

We have 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms and all these guest rooms share a bathroom and a toilet on the same floor. There is also a big balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy a wonderful view. So if you want to relax in our dining area be our guest. Weather permitting you can also sit in the garden.
This was the best place that we stayed during our vacation in Armenia and we had our best experiences here in the Yeghegnadzor area! The family who runs this guest house is friendly and speak a very good English. They helped us arrange a perfect horse riding day in the nearby village Gomk. This was our best experience in Armenia!. They also helped us arrange a spa day in Jermuk at reduced price. The breakfast is very good, a full meal, and lunch is therefore not always required. On request, the guesthouse also serve excellent dinner at a low price. The rooms are big, with good beds and the common living room and kitchen are also big and well equipped. The price is very, very low. We would recommend this place to our friends.

Have a nice holiday at my house which has beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms.
The B&B seems to be very new. There's an enclosed parking space in the yard, free of charge. A walk to the city center would take you some 15 minutes. Lusya welcomes you with coffee and a smile in her house. However, there's no heating in the rooms which made it impossible to stay in the room during the period I was in Yeghegnadzor (beginning of April, outside temperature between 2° and 6°C). Thus, there was very limited privacy as the only heated room was the kitchen where the host was present all the time. I got a heating blanket for the night. Lusya reminded me about five times to give her good ratings which was definitely annoying. Breakfast okay but rather limited compared to most places I visited in Armenia. The bathroom is shared and rather small (and also cold). WiFi works very well.
