We ordered fresh spring rolls with shrimp, and both ordered Spicy Mixed Basil Noodles (chicken & shrimp), excellent, the best we have had. Service was excellent, decor simple and clean. Definitely coming back!!!Hi Carl M,Happy to hear you had a pleasant experience with us. Hope to see you again!

When we arrived the waiter took the orders of two people and decided it was enough food. Not considering the dietary restrictions of the party considering we all ate items that not everyone at the table enjoyed. The portions were small (4 pieces in a roll). When the brought out the roll (Hawaii roll) with mango sauce, it tasted carbonated and spoiled. I told the waiter and he said he tried it and the bottle of mango sauce had expired. He did not do anything to compensate or even apologize he brought us the same roll with sauce that was not expired as if we still had the appetite to eat it. The service was poor and unattentive and the food was DISGUSTING. My husband and I both threw up in the middle of the night. DO NOT DARE TO GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE A SICK DAY.
"The best Hakka & Thai food looks like a mess, but tastes like heaven" If you're craving Hakka, Thai or Indian food, then the HUB is the place for you. We serve up classic dishes with a modern twist that have to be tasted to be believed. From our signatur
A family owned restaurant in a suburban wasteland. Killer curries as well as chili chicken. This place would be jammed if in downtown Toronto!

Terrible service and below average food. Hostess/server Connie did not provide what is even remotely close to adequate service. Considering she is our server, one would think she would be capable of understanding simple requests such as, " Can I get a Green Tea" or "Can we get some spicy mayo on the side". These requests seemed to baffle her and immediately she gave us obvious attitude. Not the slightest smile from Connie for a full hour, it is all but guaranteed that she is going through some sort of crisis. If that is the case I am sorry Connie. Only comment about the food is they seemed to put their "House" on all of the traditional maki rolls you would have in a typical restaurant. I would suggest asking the server to not put that sauce on any of the rolls. The sauce does not add any pleasing taste to the rolls, rather it diminishes the traditional flavours that I am accustomed to experiencing when I eat the average dynamite or california roll. In conclusion there are 5-10 sushi places in Vaughan that are slightly cheaper and provide much better service and food quality. I will be greatly surprised if I am driving west on Highway 7 in about a year or two from now and see that Shitake Sushi is still an operating restaurant.
