Tornati dopo tempo, servizio ottimo, piatti abbondanti, polenta fritta di prima, senza parlare dei funghi (fritti). Bruschette piacevoli, tortelloni da sballo, tagliatelle un po' troppo al dente. Crescentine e tigelle buone, dolci altrettanto, rapporto qualità prezzo eccelllente

We stayed about 15 minutes away and our hosts recommended this place.The staff and chef very helpfully translated some of the menu and we tried dishes we hadn't seen elsewhere. Each of the pizzas had generous toppings and mine was the Diavolissima, finally a spicy pizza!For an off-the-beaten-track trattoria this was very busy with lots of locals.Wish we were staying longer...

The pizza's are the signature dish of this fine restaurant. Very friendly and alert personnel bring you exquise pizza's. Very reasonablypriced you have a large choice. We were amazed by the huge variety! Together with a rather unusual wine selection (we drank Piedmontesian Barbera) La Smorfia is a fine address for any hungry Pizzaholic with a distinct taste!

Pranzo con amico in questo piccolo ma carinissimo locale, molto curato nei particolari e accogliente, ci siamo fatti consigliare visto la stagione ancora di funghi e abbiamo preso una tagliatella con le spugnole che dire fantastica era poco " Buonissima" con una vera pasta fatta come una volta e non di quella in scatola, poi un filetto sempre con le spugnole da rimanere senza parole tenete presente che io non sono un amante di carne ma questo filetto era da 10 e lode. Un lambrusco " Acino " è il numero uno veramente un ottimo pranzo. Complimenti da tenere presente se mi capita di essere in zona

I had difficulty deciding on my overall mark here - as what this place does it does well (hence I've settled on a 4) but what it does is simple.Basically its the local pizzeria. The night we were there the locals were sitting sensibly inside with the aircon, while the tourists (ourselves and another family) insisted on sitting on the covered terrace in the warm. The setting is not pretty - on an industrial estate beside a main road - but the pizza is very good indeed. I had a strega with cured ham (a pizza base brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with rosemary, cooked, then topped with cured ham) and it was great. Hubby has a salami and meatball concoction which he was also very happy with. Dessert was lemon gelato and was really good. Service was efficient and friendly. Overall a great experience for a day when you just want something nice and straightforward to eat.

My family wanted a pizza for dinner one evening and so we decided to visit Elisa. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly and seated at a nice table in the corner.We ordered Pizza and Pignoletto, both of which arrived in a reasonable time. The pizzas themselves were delicious. Large in size and with plenty of flavour. The base was also nice and crispy.We finished our meal with a sweet pizza, covered in mascarpone and chocolate brownie. It was sublime!

Quando entri in questa pizzeria il tempo si è fermato agli anni 70/80 quindi è anche un tuffo nei ricordi della mia infanzia.Pizzeria alla mano come la titolare, ma la pizza è ottima e ben condita.I prezzi sono adeguati e sicuramente quando sono in zona ci ritorno.

A must. Great service, excellent food, especially if you like truffles, mushrooms, meat, and aren't on a diet! It's a little out of the way but truly worth the drive. I'd recommend asking for a table on the terrace (great views), weather permitting. We spent â¬100 for four, and we eat!
