My wife and I were touring around the Cerro Concepcion area of Valparaiso when we decided to take a break. We popped into this cute, little cafe. You have to come down a few steps to enter the place. Once you do, you notice it is light and airy and cozy at the same time. It is charmingly decorated, clean and overall very appealing - the kind of place that invites you to while away a lot of time. There was a small wood-burning stove tucked away in a little niche, and on the other side of the room was an old upright piano. They have live music there at 6 in the evenings. We only had the cheese and ham plate and some wine. The wine was delicious and cold and the ham and cheese were excellent and extremely reasonable. The young woman who served us was very warm and friendly. She was making some sort of savory tarts that smelled wonderful. Unfortunately we couldn't stay to have one.I would highly recommend ducking into this cafe for a drink and a snack. It was the perfect spot to take a relaxing break.

Ok, I went there because I needed to try a ceviche. And I was NOT disappointed. It was delicious, delicate and flavorful. Had some wine recommended by the waiter and my boyfriend had always a frosted glass for his beer. The waiter was very polite and the service was good and fast.Recommend the visit!

We went there last week for my birthday.Porteños are spoilt for choice for Peruvian food as we also have the excellent Nazca chain, but this was our first visit to Aji Limon.Everything was excellent; the service, the food and the prices. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the tablecloth, napkins and cutlery. We will be back as it was a great restaurant.

A wonderful view of the bay if you eat outside, a cosy place if you eat inside.Dishes of Peru with delicious fishes ; try the Ceviche (raw white fish with olive oil, onions, special herbs, lemon, serve with peruvian corn), or fish and seafood soup.Nice chilien wines, especially white ones, and sweet deserts.A place to eat in this wonderful town near the painted walls of Cerro Bellavista. Beware : it opens only for lunch from friday to sunday and for dinner friday and saturday.

"Taulat" of Catalan origin means platform, however for those who make up the team of the restaurant, involves much more than a word. Rather, a trip to the heart of the bohemian Catalan, which invites you to relive the flavors, aromas and sensations of the
We had drinks and ate tapas here. The rooftop view of the harbor was fantastic and there was a guitar player playing music which was a nice touch. However, the service was exceptionally slow ---took about 30 minutes to get a drink---and the food when it came later was just OK. There is a good variety of tapas so perhaps there are other options that are better.Hi! Thank you for writing us! we appreciate when our customers make opinions about the experience they had. sorry for the slow service. we are working on that . Hope to see you soon so you can check out the others tapas that we offer and also see if we have some improvements in the service. Best regards. Jonathan Hume, restaurant manager.

Lugar intimo y acogedor con variada gastronomia y enfasis en el servicio.
After a hard day's sighting seeing, it was time refreshments.. we sat outside in the small square under the canopy, plenty of seating and clean and tidy...The beer was fantastic, served with a very pleasant waiter.. We didn't eat here, no other reason than we had dinner arrangements elsewhere.. They have a fair size menu and the price looked pretty good.. Looking at some of the other patron meals, they were nice size portions.. I would used this Restaurant if we ever got back this way.
