Established in Algarrobo, near the world's biggest swimming pool, is one of the best italian restaurants outside Santiago. Flavours are not affected by horrible local spicies such as cilantro and garlic.

Cuando lo vi me atrajo la propuesta de elegir los ingredientes para armar mí ceviche, ya que disponen de un buen surtido que se ve en muy pocos lugares. Todo bien en atención, presentación, innovación, pero me decepcionaron en lo principal de un buen ceviche que es la reineta, ya que está tenía espinas y muchas, tirando por la borda toda la gran satisfacción que tenía hasta ese momento, la calidad del ceviche se fue al suelo, me decepciono.

We hace been to this restaurant on a fee occasions and the service is nice, sometimes slow sometimes not. But the main reason we come here is to try something different like quail or rabbit all prepared deliciously!!! We’ll probably keep coming back :-)
