We just stayed for one night here on a visit from santiago. It was very central to everything youâd want to see in valparaiso. Lots of character. High ceilings and wooden floors. Nice and clean and wifi also good. Enjoyed a nice game of subbuteo and a good continental style breakfast in the morning with fruit, yoghurt, bread, coffee, eggs. Was perfect for us and reasonably priced too!

restaurant with homemade food and fresh fish and seafood from the Valparaiso area, craft beer, typical Chilean and foreign drinks attended by their owners
We were just passing and Christian invited us into Como En Casa. What a friendly welcome. We told him we just wanted a drink and he recommended his Baron draught beer. He had a dark and lager type beer, I tried the lager and both my wife and I really enjoyed it. Then Miguel surprised us with some cheese empamanadas, they were freshly made and delicious.. We then discussed the menu for tomorrow and we promised to return as it seemed such a great menu of local fresh fish and meat dishes. We found out that Christian and Miguel are the owners and are passionate about giving good food and service to their customers. Both do their best to speak English so all customers from over the world would enjoy their restaurant. Highly recommended.

From the moment we walked in the front door of Pasta e Vino in Valparaiso, we knew were going to have a great evening. The staff is very welcoming, greeting everyone with a warm and friendly smile. As the name of the restaurant indicates, an excellent selection of wines and a nice variety of innovative pastas are the featured items here, though there are many other things on the menu. Because my wife and I live in Italy for part of the year, become "pasta snobs," ofter suspicious of attempts to modify and complicate classic recipes. We were pleasantly surprised here and found each dish to be well-prepared and beautifully served. The design of the restaurant is modern, the location in the heart of Cerro Concepcion is superb, the food is great, and we had los of fun.

Saborcolor Restaurant bar, specializing in seafood with a great menu of drinks and Chilean wines located in a building from the early twentieth century on Cerro Concepcion Valparaiso historical heritage of humanity, open every day of the year.
We were looking for a place for late lunch and happened to come across Saborcolor. The front looked like a bar and the name said Bar, since I don't drink I wasn't sure about the place but glad we tried it. The restaurant side is nice and modern looking, the waiter speaks good English and very friendly. I ordered the Leg of Lamb and my husband had the medallion steak. Both dishes were very tasty and the presentations were like something out of the Gourmet magazine, all with very reasonable price. We are totally satisfied.Estimados señores, vuestra crÃtica nos reconforta y alienta a seguir mejorando.Mil graciasAlvaro Figueroa Zabaleta Saborcolor

Our hotel recommended Malandrino for us - otherwise we might never have found it as the entrance is very low key. We had a lovely lunch in the court yard with a bottle of wine. Food was excellent and the waiter couldn't have been nicer.

Gorgeous interior, high ceilings, chandeliers...really lovely. Prix fixe meal, we had the 1st seating. The starter was either octopus or shrimp and langostino, we had both as there were 3 of us. They were ok. The main course was sesame crusted tuna but they overcooked it. It was dry and didn't taste good. My sons steak was, just steak, no seasoning and not delicious meat. I liked the dessert. Passion fruit popsicle, chocolate bon bon, and strawberry crème. Service was ok.

The trattoria is located in the most beautiful neighborhood of ValparaÃso: Cerro Concepción. When you walk through the door, you can not resist the smell that emanates from the inside, to be treated as at home and you can choose to sit in our main dining
Stopped in at 5pm on a Tuesday to find an immaculate and intimate dining room advertising âwe love pastaâ. The menu was presented by the english speaking chek who generously offered to answer any questions etc. We had the daily special fish dish that was fresh off the boat and perfectly prepared. We also enjoyed a pasta dish that was simply a joy. All was accompanied by a Chilean red wine and finished with tiramisu and cannoli......perfect ! Total bill was $43900 pesos, we thought very resonable for the quality and the service.

Went twice to the restaurant while in ValparaÃso. Very impressed with the food and service. The view from the restaurant and patio is the best you will find in ValparaÃso. Pulpo app excellent Bruschetta unbelievable. Pastas all great.
Cafeteria and restaurant in the Cultural Park of ValparaÃso. In our kitchen we gather the best products of organic farmers in the region. We are a meeting place, where you can meet with friends, connect and work on your projects or arrange a work meeting,
