Reviewed By xsannnneeThe hotel was terrible. The rooms were clean and the staff is kind, but that is all. The neighbourhood doesn't look very safe, with abandoned buildings and broken windows. It looks like a big factory instead of a hotel. There are way better options in Porto in the same price range. Don't stay here!!!

Reviewed By jochenm81620 min van Porto airport, ligt deze B&B met vriendelijke eigenaars, lekker ontbijt, propere kamers. Groot zwembad . Speel veld voor net voetbal of badminton. Auto kan veilig geparkeerd worden op privé terrein.Porto bezoek via trein is makkelijk vanuit Valongo.

Situação Lamentável e Vergonhosa!
Reviewed By MarisaV234Reservei um quarto via telefone meses antes de me deslocar. Via sms foi me dito que a reserva estava OK. Cheguei a Valongo no dia da reserva e para meu espanto não tínhamos quarto! Veio uma Sra. Ana Enes, que presumo seja responsável pelo estabelecimento que não se lembrava de nada, não sabia nada... Que possivelmente tinha sido um lapso. Na altura fiquei tão frustrada e como já tinha feito a reserva há muito tempo nem me lembrei de mostrar as sms que tinha recebido. A sra ligou para outro hotel onde nos arranjaram um quarto. No dia seguinte e ao reler as sms que confirmavam a reserva, voltei a entrar em contacto e reenviei as sms para provar que tinha feito reserva e que me tinham confirmado. A Sra Ana Enes acabou por pedir imensas desculpas e que para nos compensar iam reembolsar o valor que tivemos de pagar a mais pelo pequeno almoço no outro hotel. Até hoje não houve qualquer transferência, mesmo depois de eu ter entrado novamente em contacto via sms para confirmar se tinham efectuado o reembolso, simplesmente ignoram. Considero esta situação lamentável e vergonhosa! Para além do lapso gravíssimo de não nos efectuarem a reserva como deve ser ainda têm a lata de nos dizer que nos iam fazer um reembolso que não fizeram. Muito mau!
