Find out what Tibetan restaurants to try in Nainital. Natural beauty abounds in the state of Uttaranchal's Lake District. Boaters flock to hill-ringed Naini Lake, which according to mythology is one of the emerald eyes of Shiva's wife. A hike or horseback ride to the top of Naina Peak (aka China Peak), the highest point, provides stunning views of the snow-capped Himalayas. To share a prime vantage point with family members of all ages, take the aerial lift up to Snow View; there's also a small marble temple at the top dedicated to Dev Mundi.

Lovely dinner enjoyed at this place with our family,we ordered chicken thukpa, chicken steam momo, fried momo and hot coffee which was served quickly and enough in quantity the best was free soup was delivered with momo. There are many variety of items served here like Indian and Chinese as well as Tibetan dishes and good option for vegetarian people too, the price are quite reasonable but not fully hygienic maintained so its better to take packed mineral water.

small place and no sitting area. Our place is meant for people seeking for a taste that matters and the shop is open for all, since 1983
This restaurant offers a wide range of Tibetan foods with excellent taste. Aunty's treatment was nice and the momos were hot and big. No momo center in nainital can beat this eatry. its simple awesome
Itâs a small Tibetan Restaurant selling Authentic Tibetan Cuisine. The restaurant is run by an old Tibetan Refugee Family. It is tucked away in the by lanes of Nanital. It is located on 1st floor of Tibetian Refugee Market, around 100 mts from parking lot and by the side of Police Station. The entrance is from the side of market complex and poorly marked. It is better to ask the nearby people about the way to the restaurant. The entire menu offered here is of authentic Tibetan food stuff made by the members of proprietorâs family. The taste and quality of food is amazing. It offers Vegetarian and Non- vegetarian food except on Wednesday. Wednesday it serves only Vegetarian food in the mark of respect it ownerâs Death. Counter is manned by the departed ownerâs wife who is always smiling and ready to offer the suggestions regarding different Cuisines. May be the here is the only proprietor in the vicinity; who bars you from over ordering the dishes, so that no wastage is there. One can park the vehicle in main parking lot near Naini Lake and walk down to this restaurant. The restaurant opens at 11 am and Dinner end at 0900 in night during Tourist season. They have one roadside outlet on Mall Road where only MOMO is sold in the evening during Tourist season only.
