We had a awesome 97th birthday party here. Had our own little area where the 16 family members had our gatherings. Service was good and friendly waiters. We just had snacks and drinks for lunch and good laughs with family we seldom cone across. Wonderful atmosphere and a hidden gem for the area I think.

If you enjoy collective eating, you'll love this place. Huge tables accommodate lots of people and we were given seats on the edge of one table. The service was excellent, the food was fantastic and the portion size great. To cap it off, the bill was more than reasonable. What's not to like?!

Naast De Buren is a cosy village-bistro situated in the woody serrounding of Groenekan. Very near to Utrecht. The à la carte menu is extended. But iff you arrive between 17.00-19.00 you can also choose your meal from the "Menu of the day" for only ⬠11,00

This place is the hub of Groenekan and a real good alternative for all restaurants in UTrecht city, when you have a car. The restaurant is authentic, family-friendly, easy-going and really feels like being home. The food is good and especially the fries are of high quality and perfectly baked. They have a daily dish for somewhat cheaper prices in the evening and it is possible you need to share your table (if you are alone). The service is kind and caring, but sometimes a bit slower. Do not go to rush, but go for the village vibe and good talks. Take care: the parkingis opposite, but a little bit hidden behind all the green bushes....Thank you so much for your kind words, Gerson. You have exactly pointed out what we try to let our customer experience at "Naast de Buren". We are very pleased you had a nice evening with us.

I ate with a colleague at Victoria last week and we were both very impressed. Less formal than the Hermitage where we ate the night before and with a wider range of dishes.We had salmon tartare starters and I had the 'naked veggie burger' for the main. The salmon was excellent but the burger came with a salad with a lot more cheese than I'd have wanted but was otherwise very good. Quite expensive (by UK terms - blame Brexit for the currency) and dinner for two was over 90 euros with a glass of wine and an alcohol free beer each.

After looking hard in downtown Zeist, we found Restaurant Dell' Italiaâa restaurant that is combined with a cooking schoolâ¦that explains the kitchen out front and in the open. Food was freshly prepared for your eyes to see. Cool.Highly recommend based on food quality, friendly service, and good value.Limited English of server and chef was not a problem with one English menu available to share.We enjoyed:* Tortellini with shaved Parma Ham* Fettuccine with Shrimp* Seafood Pasta* Peroni Beers, owned by SABMiller, went well with Italian FoodPizza also offered.Would most definitely returnSmall Gripe: No draught brewskies.

I went to this restaurant because of the really good reviews here in tripadvisorThe food gets 3 1/2 stars. The meat was cooked well but all in all it didn't blow my mind. The antipasta plate is OK, but it lacked freshness and ideasThe atmosphere gets 3 stars. Tables are placed wherever is space in restaurant. In the front, at the bar and in the back. Like a lot of restaurants here the place is basically run and managed by students.The wine gets 2 stars. To pay 27euros for a nero s'avolo with a screwtop, which comes in retail for 6 or 7 euros is not worthy a decent italian restaurant. Also most other wines served comes in a screwtop. I have no issue when white wine comes like this, but for red, no please. Also the wine tasted like 6 Euros, without body, aroma and taste. You are better off ordering beer.

We have been here many times and it is always a pleasure to enjoy the excellent food and delicious wines. The restaurant is located very close to the railway station, only a minute walking. It's not easy to choose since all starters and pasta's are great, especially the pasta with mushrooms and truffle oil. Nice but limited (so always fresh) meat and fish dishes and some classics as desert. A good variety in tasteful wines and last but not least coffee which makes you feel like being in Italy. Friendly service at reasonable prices. What else do you need?
