Grand Café Figi is the place to have lunch, dinner or just drinks. The Grand Café is an elegant and modern restaurant with accents of the theatre. Open every day from early morning till about midnight.
The restaurant is spacious and has a great view of the Gemeentehuis. The food is disappointing and bland. For such a nice restaurant I had expected better. My main course was for some reason a combination of two different dishes. The beef tasted of nothing and was swimming in soy sauce. Considering we both said we were disappointed by both our starters and our main courses, the staff weren't very apologetic. I got the feeling they cater more to their regular visitors than incidental customers.Hello Ann,Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunate to hear that you did not have a grand dining experience in our new restaurant. We try to give each customer, regulars or incidental visitors a great experience. I'll take your remarks to our chef and waiter staff to improve our service in the future. Regards, Bram from Figi

Our cozy Hofman Café lies at the heart of Utrecht, behind the church on Janskerkhof square. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere makes this a popular place for lunch, drinks and dinner. Our hearty, friendly staff is the cherry on top! We have a varied as
Good selection of beers both local and international, nice sandwiches, friendly people in a good location close to the church. Fair price.
We were visiting family in Zeist and Oma recommended this cafe near the market. We were greeted warmly by Wilma, an owner, and sat in a sunny wooden booth. We had a party of 5 with 3 children. The cafe was half full but we came rather early for a light lunch. The children lived the hot flavored milk with whipped cream. We enjoyed cold Warsteiners in the proper glasses. Yummy hot soups, sandwiches, hot chicken satay, and tiny pancakes hit the spot. The cafe seems to have many regulars, but you would be comfortable alone or with a larger group. Good place to people watch and waste a few hours in Zeist. Highly recommended to visit!

B&b excellent, comfortable room with large ensuite bathroom.Had several meals in the evening, great atmosphere in restaurant. Can recommend the beef with bearnaise sauce and fish (zeebaars). Restaurant had only been open a month, but was full the evenings we were there. Service Ok.

We arrived late around 21.30 for dinner as our other booking place was turned down.Service was a bit careless especially when there was only 3 tables in... the English speaking waitress seems so disinterested. ... but the food was all very good and served in a prompt way.Mid range prices with nice settings. The oriental beef stew was an amazing dish. Well done to the chef.

This restaurant belongs to the hotel and conference center of the same name. It is not located in the true city center of Zeist, but in the borough 'Kerckebosch'. Pleasant albeit a bit pricey.

I ate with a colleague at Victoria last week and we were both very impressed. Less formal than the Hermitage where we ate the night before and with a wider range of dishes. We had salmon tartare starters and I had the 'naked veggie burger' for the main. The salmon was excellent but the burger came with a salad with a lot more cheese than I'd have wanted but was otherwise very good. Quite expensive (by UK terms - blame Brexit for the currency) and dinner for two was over 90 euros with a glass of wine and an alcohol free beer each.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, elegant and a great value for this bike friendly area. The pool, sauna, and dining are family friendly. The menu was excellent! My guess is they will have a Michelin Star very soon. Everything about the dining experience was top drawer. The fact that the hotel dates back to Neapolian just makes it more special.
