A family-owned restaurant with bar, restaurant and serre. Beautiful terrace at the lock with viewing of the polder. Lunch, dinner, drinks with friends. Rental of boats and sups. Situated near the Bon harbour. Agreable prices and comfortable food.
We live nearby but always tend to forget about Bon. That's because it's a bit off the beaten track. A nice spot to stop when cycling in the area. Dinner is good, quite basic options but good quality. They recently added a conservatory. Service was a bit slow, we had to ask for new drinks and we had to wait quite long for the last person to be served while our dinner was getting cold

A delicious, fast lunch in the Grand Café or an extensive dinner in the restaurant or the other way around.Alone, together or with an enormous group, everything is possible.Which choice you make however, we will surprise you again and again with a keen, p

We had a cosy board meeting over a 4 course dinner (the April menu) yesterday evening, 7 guests. As I do not drink alcohol I had to stick to sparkling water and a beer (Warsteiner) without alcohol, both very average standard quality, so nothing special. Water was refilled all the time without ever asking if I wanted any more...?? Strange....Amuses first-- only colourful but cumbersome. And some soup in a nearly empty bowl with a melting stick in it... even more strange....Next: Starter with a little steak tartare was without any taste, and a very overcooked langoustine positioned next to it. Plus awfully tasting salts, bitters and other palates on my plate. Aaaawgh!Next course kind of 'roasted?' roastbeef slices with all kinds of slimy stuff next to it, meat not tender at all. I left it on my plate. Nobody asked why, the waiter just took it away... Dessert very sweet strawberry 'everythings' but without any fantasy - I left it again on my plate, taken away by the waiter without a word. Strange. Never went to such a restaurant without being asked how it tasted...Bad tea, bad choice, bad bonbons too -- well you could have predicted thatAnd all those 'amuses' - looking nice but very impractical, melting and breaking.Anyway, we had good conversations. I came home, told my wife and was very hungry, she cooked for me and 1000 times better than this restaurant. Not recommended and no stars certainly. And I have been to many places on this planet, read my other reviews...No more Koosje in Loenen aan de Vecht for me although picturesque with its narrow streets and ample parking places - and nothing I ate yesterday recommended

This place popped up when we had got lost thanks to the satnav and we were desperate for a comfort break. The waiter immediately brought us coffee while we heated up (on motorbike) and we went on to enjoy a lovely lunch of Dutch treats. The restaurant is beautiful, staff are friendly, food is excellent and coffee is strong and stimulating. It is in a handy location close to major roads but in a quiet setting where you can watch the world pedal by, very relaxing. Well worth getting lost to find such an excellent restaurant.

We had the chef's choice 5 course menu... I honestly couldn't find any fault any of the dishes. Everything was beautifully presented in various original ways. Certainly the ingredients used were incredibly fresh and the flavours were perfectly balanced and delicious. Service was impeccable yet informal. It more than deserves it's 1 star. Will definitely be back.

I ended up at this place after a boattour. I didnt had high expectations at first because it looks quite plain from the outside. There is a lovely terrasse at the water side. The food though was unexpectedly very very good! I had the kabeljauw and my friends went for the steak and ribs and it was all very good quality and the staff was super friendly. The coffee was not so good i have to admit. But for the rest: 4 points!

We had dinner here with the team for celebrating the end of the year. Amazing location, great private room. The food was good, but not amazing. I had the ceviche, it lacked flavor, the steak was really good though., as was the desert. Recommended for sure, but I would advice against the Ceviche.Dear FerdS4,First of all we would like to thank you for writing your 4 star review. It's great to read that you have enjoyed dinner at The Harbour Club Vinkeveen. We are sorry that the ceviche lacked of flavor, therefore we have communicated your comment to the Chef to prevent this from happening in the future. We hope to welcome you soon again! With hospitable regards,Kelly LeeflangThe Harbour Club Vinkeveen

Many different kind of dishes served during a party (120 visitors). Loved the champignon filled with goat cheese adorned with nuts. Service by young staff was excellent probably because of being well monitored. Always anticipating what the guests would need.I am not a vegetarian but have reduced the amount of meat I eat significantly, while eating more fresh vegetables and fruit. Had wished the restaurant would have followed the same trend. Pas encore.

We were here on a very busy friday evening. The restaurant was packed with a crowd aged 25-40 yrs. There was a live performance which added to the atmosphere. We had steak which was just great. The service. Was attentive and i would like to add that especially the owner had an eagle eye moving from table to table. The noise level was relatively high.
