Been around for years in Park City but still off the beaten path of Main Street. Very good variety of sushi, sashimi and rolls. Great deals during the off ski season with half-price rolls. Friendly and good service.

Tonight we ate at Sushi Blue for the first time in quite a while. While my wife likes Asian food more than I, I must acknowledge that the food was very good and the service provided by Heather, who only recently began, was outstanding.Thank you very much for such a great review! We work hard to offer the best food and service in the best possible environment, so we are happy to see that reflected on your last visit. We made sure that Heather got the recognition she deserves. She was really happy to see your review. Hope to see you again soon!

We had visited here about 10 years ago and wanted to return for another good Thai dinner. It is still a busy, popular dining place. The service was excellent and the portions of food huge. The buns were fabulous. My curry dish was very taste but a little "soupy" I thought. The portions were so big we took home enough for another hearty snack.

Warm finger towels, deep jade table settings, curtain booths, and attentive service call back the Jazz-era Orient. A collection of Asian art befits the artistic offerings that emerge from the grill. Start your evening off with a sake martini shaken table-
We are used to Main Street prices but this was not a great value or experience. The room is nicely decorated and laid out, but the menu is overwrought and overpriced. We had some vegetarians in the group which we noted when making the reservation and they said they could adjust dishes accordingly. When we were there for dinner, the server wasn't so keen to accommodate and said the kitchen was very busy. The black cod dish was tasty and food well done overall, but at this price point the servers have to try harder and be more welcoming. The kids menu is workable though sauces a bit heavy to spicy for them. Wahso is probably better for a couples outing then family dinner.Thank you for taking the time to submit a review of your experience. We are troubled to read of your disappointments. We strive to provide the best in cuisine and service to all of our guests, and we apologize that your experience was not exemplary. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your experience with you in more detail. Please contact us at [email protected] with a copy of your review. I have reviewed this restaurant in the past. Having eaten here 5 times in the last 3 years I have yet to have a disappointing experience. If you require your sushi restaurant to have a glamorous eating area, this place may not be for you. But if you are after excellent quality fish, generous portions and clean tasting rolls check them out. This place has a solid spot in my top five.

Fresh fresh! Fademe the sushi chef has been there 10 years! So friendly and even made a special roll for us. This is going to be our go to place for Park City sushi. Average ambiance, small place but 12 seats at the sushi bar and two TVs playing College football no sound. My husband was very happy. Love this place!

I eat here quite often when I'm in Park City. They have great food and they are very consistent with the quality of service and taste of food. I had the Mongolian Beef this time and it was very good. I added extra green onions which I think makes Mongolian Beef very good. The Generals chicken is a great dish as well. I haven't had a bad meal here. It's always fairly busy which tells you something. The service is always great. They always seat you immediately and they will have you your choice of soup immediately. It's a very clean place with clean bathrooms.

We loved the meal here - great flavors and lots of variety esp for vegetarians. Our kids (ages 12 and 9) enjoyed it was well. My husband had the wagyu on hot rocks and the yellow tail. The shishito peppers were a perfect app as well as the salad. I had the coconut tofu which was served w tasty stir fried veggies. Definitely try it - just know the place is small and packed. Make reservations.

Classic sushi restaurant with both traditional and cutting edge, Japanese inspired small plates perfect for sharing. The restaurant will be closed until May 24th 2018.
The sushi rolls are so delicious! Our favorites were the standard shrimp tempura roll, the Mr. Miyagi and Bruce Lee rolls rock! Runners up were the executive and green hornet rolls. I forget which of the last two has citrus flavor but it seemed a bit overpowering in the roll. Overall fantastic dinner!!
