A steak and seafood house located 5 miles east of Cedar City on Highway 14. We have a rustic cabin atmospher in a beautiful canyon setting
We visited our favorite restaurant in the Cedar City, Milt's Stage Stop, again on a recent trip to Cedar Breaks National Monument. We visit Cedar City regularly, primarily for the Utah Shakespeare Festival. We have tried most of the many good restaurants in Cedar City and this is the best, in our opinion. Despite some of the recent reviews posted here, I must say that we have never received either "average" food or poor service at this restaurant. We had four in our party and ordered three steaks and one ribeye. All were, in a word, outstanding. Salads are "build your own" and are included with the price of the main course. Our server was Emily E., and she was outstanding as well: prompt, good-humored, and efficient.
This restaurant does NOT belong in a permier Best Western.Nothing absolutely nothing can be said that was good at dinner or breakfast. Our group of 8 people rated this all in the F class. The main reason here is not the service, nor the bar service on the second floor. Just poor quality of the food and poorly prepared, little or no attention by management. In my 50 years of travel this restaurant rates the lowest of all! (Our spend was > $500)BW also did not care and quickly stated thet the restaurant was a contracted service...
When you advertise BBQ for a Saturday night, try not to run out of FOOD and have Appetisers only by 7p! Waited for a table, then when we were being sat, it was announced their out of food! SERIOUSLY!? I didn't want 'bar' food.

It is inside the Grand lodge at Brian Head. Breakfast is served everyday. Dinner is generally served Thursday through Sunday. During Holiday periods, we are open for dinner seven days. We specialize in steaks but also have other creative dishes which are
For such a great hotel, this restaurants lacks choices if you don't want steak (which is expensive). The salmon was pretty good, but I chose a Caesar's salad. Wish I had not gotten the chicken added. It was cold and dry. Honestly, the salad was not that bad, but they put too much salad dressing on it. But it was convenient. We came back the next day and had breakfast. I got pancakes and the next person was told they "had run out of pancakes". How do you run out of pancakes? Of all the menu items, it is probably the easiest item to make. Apparently they don't make them fresh. Not sure if there is another restaurant in the area without going down off the mountain though. PS the bar upstairs has been closed. You can get alcohol in this restaurant, but only if you order a meal. Good thing I don't drink.

it's in the Cedar Breaks Lodge
We were staying here and decided to eat here. Both of us had a hamburger and fries. The hamburger was huge! I almost couldnât finish mine, and it came with fries. The waitress was very friendly and kept checking on us. The view was great from the restaurant. It opens at 5:00 pm..

What a great little store! Just happened to pop in and was pleasantly surprised! Purchased some fresh fruit. What a delight to have very high quality fruit available out here in the middle of nowhere! Also purchased trail mix and other snacks. All very fresh and great quality. I recommend this place!
