We stayed at the Ramada in Provo and this restaurant is attached to them. We had their Cowboy Burger and it was outstanding. Be sure to get plenty of napkins because you will need them. The service was great and our server was very friendly and was there for anything we needed. We will purposely plan our next road trip to make this one of our stops again.

The manager, Carter, was so nice to work with. He made lots of calls (including to the owner) and accommodations for us. We ended up not having the party and he was very kind. Offered some recommendation for the future.

Visited at lunchtime today and wanted to order a beer with the meal. We are both 65 years of age. Incredibly we were asked for ID. Offered our photo drivers licenses but were told passports were required. We were refused a beer. I was last asked for ID in 1972.

I donât find Texas Roadhouse overly compelling. Their bread with honey butter is the bomb but the food apart from that is just okay. I donât go there if I donât want a headache because the atmosphere is LOUD and the cowboy Birthday shout-out is obnoxious.

We just left Kyoto and the worst dining experience we've ever had. There was no one else there so they can't blame that. My husband had to go refill his own water, and they still did not come around and check on our drinks. We ate our meals without drinks. We asked for med rare and medium steaks and both got over well done. The chicken was so dry you could hardly chew it. I asked for white rice instead of fried, it never came. When I went to ask about it they told me they had run out of rice... Seriously? And they don't have yum yum sauce.
