I spent some time in Peru a few years back enjoyed the food, this place does a good job of bring back the taste to Utah. I took my family so they could experience the food. Kids did not like it, however my wife and I loved it. The price is a little expensive for the food.

Ever adventurous, I will frequently look for a new place to try, and often to the chagrin of those with me, Iâm always an advocate of the classic hole-in-the-wall. This place had all the earmarks of being good: the funky little building, odd location, and small-time vibe. Unfortunately, it failed to deliver. The place itself is somewhat of an awkward building, build into a hill alongside an RV repair shop. An attempt was made for the interior to be stylish and cutesy, and it almost pulls it off, but a stand up drink cooler being used as an extra fridge for ingredients in the dining area, along with a halfhearted attempt at decoration ruined the feel. The chips were good, with a little seasoning and almost enough salt. The salsa, however, was very unremarkable, and tasted like something store bought, rather than homemade. The chile verde sauce is excellent and should be smeared on everything, including you face. The burrito was almost delicious thanks to the verde sauce and decent carne asada but failed in the end due to being filled with a lot of rice and little else. The side of rice and refried beans were nothing special. The corn salad was good, but you only got two bites worth on your plate. Thankfully, there was a big serving of really good guacamole. All would be forgiven if it was cheap, posing as decent food for a good value, but I paid $12 for a burrito filled with entirely too much rice. And the amazing verde sauce? A sneaky EXTRA $2 on top of that. I left almost full and almost satisfied. Almost.

Laid-back counter-serve Mexican chain with Baja-style tacos & burritos plus gluten-free options. Ultimate fresh mex made your way - exactly as you love it!
This is a review for the Costa Vida in Centerville. The food was tasteless, overpriced and made with cheap ingredients all poorly executed. Service was worse than the food. They were slow, unfriendly and have a "we don't give a s--t" attitude.
