Weâve been enjoying Fireside dinning since their first season. The food is consistently delicious and the service is impeccable. Itâs like spending a night in Switzerland. Cozy atmosphere, cheese, cheese and more cheese and a sleigh ride if youâre so inclined. You will not be disappointed!

A Park City staple of more than 40 years! Frequently visited by the U.S. Ski Team whose members are proudly displayed along the walls, along with other pictures that display the rich history and stories that is Adolph's. Adolph's Restaurant is close to bo
We go to Adolph's every ski season at least 4-6 times. It is warm, welcoming, busy, and has a varied menu for most tastes. Adolph himself is still cooking and greeting guests! He's a wonderful fellow, longtime Parkite. I always choose the Golden Utah trout, and it is consistently delicious! My husband usually has the Lemon Veal. We love the champagne vinaigrette dressing on the house salad ... and the grated carrots! Yum! There are a number of terrific Swiss specialties for you to try. They have two seatings for dinner in the winter, so try to get a reservation. If not, you can hope for a seat in the Bar!Thank you for your comments and your review. Yes i'm still here every night during the winter season and oversee the preparation and service of my food. Please let me know next time you are here so I can thank you for your continuous support of our Restaurant. Adolph Imboden
