I came here with my son on a Sunday afternoon because next door was having an expensive buffet only till 2pm. So Very GLAD WE DID TOO! I liked the food options, MENU and staff so much more than the other place!Thank you for also having Patio Dining available!Too many times I get stuck in a rut with my dining options, and THANKFUL I am when I find a new FAVORITE! Full Bar was a great option too!eSon has a Gluten and Dairy issue and he was able to find great options with the help of the knowledgeable & friendly wait-staff we enjoyed!

Laid-back counter-serve Mexican chain with Baja-style tacos & burritos plus gluten-free options. Ultimate fresh mex made your way - exactly as you love it!
The staff was friendly and cordial and the servings were huge! We sat facing the East and enjoyed the views of Lagoon and the Mountains, as well as enjoyed the decor in the restaurant. Part of the Farmington Station Park and shopping village makes it a great day to go shopping.

The food is great here. If you like Cafe Rio, then you will like Bajio. The only thing about this place is that it feels like it is a copy cat of Cafe Rio. The inside of the restaurant and the menu are very similar. If you are in the area it is worth trying.
Stereotypical fast food American Mex restaurant. They have returned to what I liked back in the late 80's early 90's before corporate greed cut out items like tomato on the low end tacos and other items (still do not do put tomato in the low end bean and cheese burritos). They have some good specials on certain nights of the week, and watching them make the refried beans up, they use bagged dried beans and cook them up in a big cooker, stirring them and a bit of TLC, and the taste is better than certain other main chains.Seniors get a 10% discount or a drink, which is good for those on a tight budget. In the 6 years of casually eating there, I have only had one or two bad experiences with the workers and mostly high to outstanding service.I am rating this compared to what many folks consider the standard for this type of restaurant, Taco Bell.In many respects it is American Mex fast food, corn taco shells instead of using corn tortillas like a more Mexican place, but they seem to take more pride in what they serve and even the plain bean and cheese burrito is tasty and the vegetables are fresh and the cheese tastes like cheese and not a cheap chemical mixture.
This location has always had good food and good service (like the one we have in Kaysville, UT) and has some delicious, inexpensive options for breakfast & lunch. Keep up the great work, Taco Time!

My family loves coming here for dinner. The food comes out fast and the service is great. The kids meal prices are all below 5 dollars and some less than 3 and the portions are good. It's hard to find a good place that's affordable for families. I highly recommend this place for a good family meal!

I am kind of weird about my Mexican food in that I am from New Mexico and we have New Mexican food here (amazing green and red chile sauces - Mexican food with an Indian influence) and I usually prefer it to straight Mexican food. I have seen this restaurant for over 20 years and have never stopped in to eat here, until now. I really had a craving for guacamole salad with chips and, after looking at their menu on their website, saw several entrees that looked good. They bring complimentary chips, salsa and refried beans to your table. Both the salsa and beans make wonderful dips and a great appetizer in themselves, but, I wanted guacamole too! It was amazing - a huge, delicious serving for a good price. My husband and I decided to split an entree because of all the appetizers we ate. We had the Ultimate Fajitas which featured steak, chicken and shrimp, with all the typical fajita accompaniments (sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, cheese and tortillas). They were delicious - tender chicken and steak and nice sized shrimp with tons of flavor. Also included were refried beans and Spanish rice - a lot of food, so we were glad we decided to share. We had no room for dessert but noticed they do have fried ice cream and sopapillas - two excellent Mexican treats. I definitely will be returning!

We had an exceptional experience at this family restaurant. We had a small wait because of the number of people in our party, but was very accommodating and the service was excellent. The food, depending if you like Mexican food, is a great place to take your family and kids. The salsa and chip bar is a favorite with people that like to snack on chips and salsa.

We've been here a few times with family. The margaritas are good, and the chips are usually hot with spicy salsa. You do have to ask about how hot the entrees are because this place looves spicy!

Wasn't sure on this place, but went for lunch. It's pretty busy so had to wait about 10 minutes, where hostess was very prompt with the people filing in. First thing I noticed is how attentive the busser was to cleaning the table, and the seats. When I went to the restroom, while it's only a 1 person restroom, it was spotless and very clean - people are paying attention to it. Another good sign. Had a server Raquel who was very attentive, and refilled drinks without being asked. She gave recommendations, as I wanted to try something different. 2 of our party had sweet pork in their dishes, which was actually very good. I tried combo #3, the chili verde burrito, which had just the right amount of heat for most anyone. some dishes can be so hot they lose their taste, but while I love heat, this was good. The salsa with the chips could have more options, as it's very bland, so adding heat, or offering more than one kind would be nice.
