We stayed for 3 nights during the Bayram holiday. Chosen by my Turkish boyfriend whose parents live there and because of the reputation. Breakfast was lovely, the lady serving and cleaning was so friendly and the rest of the staff could not do enough for us. We had a lovely room with terrace overlooking a basketball/tennis court and the beautiful sea. There s a small market virtually next to the building and the police station very close by. Restaurants and bars a 5/ 10 minute walk. Loved it! Thank you!!

We stayed as 5 families for New Years. Servis was top notch and custom. The hotel was a true boutique experience as they cater to specific demands. They prepared a special menu just for us. They accommodated us and our children and they were very accepting of kid noise. We spent the night by the pool and a fire pit and they continued service till 3am. We’d like to thank them and we recommend the hotel heartily.

Excellent location in Iskele district, friendly staff, breakfast is reasonable but I would like to see more cooked stuff such as fried egg etc ( apparently it’s an extra cost) Overall I’d recommend this hotel. Cause the location, comfort, style

Our hotel is in the center of Urla near Art Street and all our objects are designed and made by hand. The stone house and the magical garden will make you feel in a village of tranquility.
Amazing little (4 Room) Boutique hotel located a stones throw away from central Urla in the old village. It’s a lovely stone building that magically has a larger than expected interior with all manner of little and wonderful design details. The rooms are all thoughtfully arranged and reminded us of a European cottage style or old village feel. Each also has air conditioning and modern amenities (TV/WiFi etc) while maintaining an eclectic feel. Also the Turkish breakfast was amazing- best of the boutique hotels we’ve tried on this trip. Every item was very fresh and the jams and cheeses and baked items deliciously fresh. It’s worth coming to try this place if you want a cute and cozy and charming experience. Limited parking can be done on the hill right above the hotel and our host texted us detailed directions to find the hotel as it’s in the middle of the old Urla village. The location is perfect for strolls to lovely shops and restaurants down the street. We loved our stay and would highly recommend. We also need to do a special shout-out to our host Guliz! She was amazing with all the information and help to plan our days, a delight to chat.

So began the journey of the ARIKAN brothers, Mustafa and Hakki, in 2014. When they both decided to break free from the chaotic life in Istanbul and start pursuing their dream, they started making radical changes in order to start fresh careers. Mustafa, who had a brief background in hospitality, started to work as a trainee investor at one of the most prestigious small hotels in Istanbul. Meanwhile, his brother Hakkı trained as a chef at the world-famous culinary arts school Le Cordon Bleu. In 2015, the Arıkan family relocated to Urla, İzmir and opened their bistro chef restaurant, Urla Köyce, in the peaceful atmosphere of Urla with breathtaking views of the Aegean. Meanwhile, construction and renovation was completed at the neighboring building and in June 2017, Beliz’i Boutique Hotel opened its doors. Located at the İskele Yıldıztepe district of Urla, the hotel offers an idyllic escape from the rush of daily life. With panoramic sea views, almost all rooms have private terrace access. Overlooking the magnificent swimming pool and nested among a wide variety of trees and its own greenhouse, Beliz’i proudly offers top quality service to its guests. We grow our own vegetables and herbs to offer the freshest, most natural ingredients to our restaurant and hotel guests. If your idea of a dream vacation is spending carefree days in peaceful serenity, Beliz’i welcomes you for an unforgettable experience.
We, a group of friends living in different countries wanted to spend a few days in Urla, and made a reservation at the Belizi Hotel for a few nights in the spring of 2020. We took all rooms of the hotel and paid 50% of the total price for all upfront in January 2022. Then covid pandemic started and all travels stopped. We contacted the hotel management and were told that the reservation would be held to be used at a different date in the future after the life got normalized. We all were happy with that, even felt glad to support a hotel during this period where the sector was under threat and postponed the gathering till the right time. In February 2022, after life started to normalise, we contacted the hotel management and asked for the renewal of the reservation for April 2022. We were told that all rooms were available for the dates we asked for but they said that the 50% of the room price we had paid would only be counted as 10% of the price, since the prices of the rooms had gone up. We challenged this approach and asked them to calculate the room rate according to the Euro of that date & we could pay the rest with current Euro currency of the current room price. They refused to consider any of our proposals and told us that they would pay the money back to us as it was paid two years ago, which due to high inflation rates in Turkey ended up losing at least 80% of its value. We felt we had provided them credit without any interest rates for nearly 2 years. Unfortunately, our back & forth email exchange with them was a useless and nerve wrecking effort. The management paid the money back to us imminently as it was paid two years ago. We were all very frustrated. I am not able to comment on anything about the hotel itself, the quality, service, decoration etc. because, we have not experienced this. However, their attitude was not accommodating, client oriented or fair, but rather, an opportunistic and arrogant way of dealing with the situation. There are many positive reviews for the hotel but the responses to the negative reviews are a reflection of a similar attitude. I had to choose the trip date. Because the system does not allow without choosing it. The correspondence were in Feb. We have not stayed there.

Rare location directly on the beach while the whole west coast has a separation road between buildings and beach except few exceptions. Not much luxurious hotel but nice one. Big number of sitting areas with umbrellas that might be larger than the rooms numbers itself. Slight poor breakfast buffet. No kitchen to ask for other meals even with cost but they can help calling the neighbour restaurants.
