A gem in the mountains
Reviewed By Albert RI stayed with my wife and family on December 2020. Very clean property and the room was very nice. The service was A1 and the food in the restaurant amazing and very affordable. The thermal pool is as what you would expect, nice, warm and therapeutic.

Sehr freundliches Hotel, geführt von einem jungen Ehepaar. Preiswert und sehr gut.
Reviewed By Georg ADas Hotel hat sehr geräumige und saubere Zimmer mit atemberaubendem Ausblick auf die Vulkanlandschaft. Es liegt am Rand von Urcuqui, wenige Minutenzu Fuß vom Zentrum und vom Botanischen Garten. Die Waschbecken sind, wie ortsüblich, etwas kleiner als in Deutschland. Die Duschen haben eine elektrische Warmwasserversorgung, alles technisch in Ordnung und sicher. Das angeschlossene Restaurant wird gerne vom einheimischen Mittelstand besucht, ist sauber und empfehlenswert. Wünsche werden gerne erfüllt. Ich schreibe direkt von hier und kann sagen dass ich rundum zufrieden bin.

Reviewed By Sabor6The waters have a magical and medicinal curing for your body. The food is a traditional Ecuadorian cuisine, you would like it. The check-in was not as smooth as we thought as the Ambien was bland and so was the room. I had to call twice to get towels.
