We went here on our first night in Ljubljana. The service was very good. The waiter offered us a local gin instead of a popular regular gin and it was very good. The steaks were exceptional good and the wine was very tasteful. The waiter asked us many times if everything was ok and even gave us a note with other places were we could go to have a few drinks. Itâs not cheap but itâs certainly worth it!

We had read good reviews so decided to try it despite 3 of the party of 5 being vegan or veggie. We were very disappointed as it was only 7pm and they had run out of the veggie burger with no other veggie option on the menu. 1 ended up with the burger bun and salad, 1 didnât eat and the other had sweet potato fries and onion rings, the two meat eaters had burgers. Despite the disappointment the food we had was very good, the onion rings were the best any of us had ever tasted. The staff and service was excellent but way too much ice in the drinks. As a note.. meat eaters have vegetarian and vegan friends so better options for these food groups should be added to the menu. Yes we could have gone to another restaurant with more options but Iâm sure restaurants want to attract everyone to eat there especially with the growing numbers of people giving up meat.

After a lovely boat trip, this was the perfect place for a riverside beer overlooking the river.Despite the fact that the restaurant was really busy, we were served quickly.The range of local craft beers was huge. I had a thirst quenching Union draft beer to start before moving onto a local 8% beer which was tasty and chewy and almost blew my head away.
