I decided to have my â50â Birthday party at this traditional Slovenian restaurant. All I can say is just âBest decisionâ ever ! The food was amazing: from classical Slovenian to Mediterranean fishes, octopus and delicious beefsteaks. They served us free of charge hot starter: noodles with truffles - it was delicious ! At the end, they surprised me with Cake, song and owners gifts. This was really very nice gesture. We were all very happy with great food, very polite staff and ambient. I definitely recommend this restaurant to all !

We had such a wonderful night at this restaurant! Consistent with other reviews, host Mira is incredible. She serves, cooks, converses in multiple languages and makes it all seem effortless. We ordered too much food, but everything was delicious! Mushroom soup was my favorite, husband got beef noodle. Each soup order enough for two people (2.5 euro). We ordered salad which consists of lettuce, pickled beets and tomatoes lightly dressed in a vinaigrette (3 euro). Mira also suggested we try the pumpkin seed oil which she left on the table - yum. We each ordered our own entrees (10.5 euros each). All were delicious - sausage, pork and trout. Served with zucchini and nettle cannelloni. Meats also included potatoes and trout served with roasted pistachios and capers.We sat on a balcony that overlooks trees. Temperature and setting were very peaceful and relaxing. There were only 8 tables and all were full. There are more tables inside but if you want to dine outside I would suggest reservations.

Food is not good the staff is so arrogant.I ordered i glass of water and they put it on the bill and one glass of water cost 1â¬.Terrible experience i dont recommend it

Really enjoyed my meal at this road-side restaurant next to the Domzale stadium and other sports facilities. Had a wonderful mushroom soup (â¬2.50!) and excellent sea bream with artichokes and spinach. Topped if off with some yummy pancakes with almond paste. Just writing this makes me want to go back immediately!

In a little village called Krtina near Domžale you will found this cute tavern with tasty food. Turn on the Krtina exit from the highway, drive a hundred meters and there you are. It's on your way home, don't miss it!

I came with seven friends and had an excellent lunch. Surprised by lovely plates and tasty food. I personally had grilled octopus with baked potatoes, tender and eye catching meal. Great choice of desserts. One of us had passion fruit cake with poppy seeds. Never tried before. Really good !

We were driving from the Ljubljana airport and just stop to eat something. It was 5:15 PM Sunday. Working time was until 5:00 PM. But, they offer lunch with a smile and nice hospitality. Local food was tasty, freshly cooked. Price more than fair. Very good value for money.

We held a business lunch in this restaurant because of all good reviews and we were not dissapointed. Service was really friendly and the food tasty. We had appetizers, mushroom and beef soup, duck with potatoes and different steaks, all well prepared and nicely presented. Apple strudel was one of the best strudels that I ever tasted. So I highly recommend this place for all opportunities - family celebration, business meetings or just casual meals

This family run restaurant is one of my favorites in Slovenia. SUPER friendly and proffesional service, excellent fish dishes! If you have time you should order 1 day in advance their "fish izpod peke" in my opinion best way to prepare fresh adriatic fish with vegetables..they have super selection of wines to accompany the dishes..I can highly recommend this restaurant

right there on the ljubljana's railway station with a taste of nostaglia stands the perfect smoothie bar/caffe with some healthy tasty sandwiches and cakes. do not forget their smoothies and coffee. my breakfast was the most delicious hummus ever on spelt bun with fresh tomatos and leeks. out od the crowds, with trains passing by, calm and tasty. an absolute must when you are in ljubljana
