I was taken there for my lunch. I had minestrone soup and chicken and bacon risotto. the quality presentation and take was unbelievable. the service was extremely friendly and the prices charged made it excellent value for the money. I will definitely be going there again Many thanks for your feedback, we love to hear what we do is right and makes people happy. Seems to be dropping standards since the previous owners left ... used to be consistently the best chippy around but has the new owners are letting standards drop fast .... always used to be busy but went here yesterday at 6:30pm and only 2 people waiting for food... chips were old and reheated with some still undercooked , fish was all soggy batter and inedible but the curry sauce was quite nice . Both our fish and chip meals went in the bin hardly touched !Sad to see this chippy has lost its way but Iâll give it 6 months and try again

After being out drinking with a friend what I really needed was a quick, tasty snack so I called in here for some fried chicken.It came quite quickly, the staff were pleasant and polite and the chicken tasted great.Ideal place for a quick, low cost meal.I will definitely keep on going to WK Grill.

I visited this subway a few months ago and did not write a review, the lady who served me seemed to be in a very bad mood and clearly hated her job, she made no eye contact and hardly acknowledged me. Service was slow and poor and I was tempted to leave however I was with a hungry teenager. I vowed never to visit again and I have not. I was prompted to write this review when I was walking past Subway a few evenings ago and witnessed a staff member pulling faces (in an aggressive manner, as if to say 'what are you looking at') at a person outside. The staff member had finished eating a sandwich and seemed upset that a passer by was looking at her. It is a shame that this unit lets the other Subways down.

On Market Street with a table outside, it was a lovely surprise on entering to see how far back the seating went. The staff were very welcoming and brought our order to the outside table.The food is good, prices are very reasonable with a limited menu. However we were in no way disappointed and will be going back soon.Parking is off road round the back. There is a low step going in but it had not stopped a a wheelchair bound diner from going in.

If you fancy a decent kebab or pizza then order from Sabs. We don't go anywhere else now since we've ordered from there. The staff are friendly too and always make effort to ensure good customer satisfaction. Only bad thing is that they don't delivery out of the Moreton area. If you have a car it isn't a problem. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Couldn't face the Holiday Inn room service, so walked round the corner and took a punt on a takeaway. Turned out pretty good actually - ordered Salt & Pepper ribs that were wonderful and a large portion of Singapore Fried Rice which only lacked a few veg, otherwise it would have been perfect.A bottle of Diet coke and a spoon borrowed from the breakfast bar in the hotel and Bob's your Uncle!

Went back to Marrigolds after a long break. Looking forward to their delicious fish and chips. What a LETDOWN. 2 large fish& 1 portion of chips £12.40. Must be good. Wrong. Fish dry. Batter stodgy. Chips lukewarm. Had we eaten in the restaurant we would have sent them back.Not worth the petrol money to take them back.Not like they used to be. Never going back.Dear Keith MWe are concerned to see this review if you see the clear majority of reviews we do not have this problem.This means that in general we're serving a good product for the price. Admittedly we may at sometime get something a little wrong or not to someones expectations for one reason or another but I guarantee there's never been a situation where we've never tried our best to please a (reasonable) customer.Therefore it is such a shame that people have to resort to telling the whole world on social media before speaking to us face to face or by even calling us on the phone.This has left you unhappy and us unhappy with no solution, when all it could have taken is a simple bit of communication.Something to think about before feeling unhappy about a situation a responding negatively without giving the situation a chance to be resolved. There could sometimes be a better way that exceeds our expectations.Alas for your Marigolds experience, we'll never know.P.s Thanks for free second bubble on the grading of your review.
