Authentic quality Indian food form experienced chefs, creating a traditional atmosphere
After reviewing the menu online I couldn't see anything that was identified as Vegan so I called the restaurant and they assured me that they could definitely do some dishes as Vegan. Upon arrival the waiter was unsure of even what Vegan meant?! but I asked to speak to the person I spoke to on the phone and we went through the menu and a couple of dishes could be made vegan. I opted for a vegetable vindaloo with plain rice. It was good and a reasonable price but in this day and age and with the popularity of plant-based diets the staff should be abreast of what this constitutes and explicitly adding items to an online or printed menu would go away to attracting those on such dietary needs.

We visited the West End last night previously a âHungry Horseâ itâs now serving Malaysian and Japanese food. We were warmly greeted on arrival and shown to our table. The menu is varied and interesting and the waiter was on hand to explain the detail. The food was really good; I loved the sushi (I forgot to take a photo but it was nicely presented) Main courses arrived at the table nice and hot. It was all very tasty and plentiful. Our waiter was great fun and he took the time to join in with my husbandâs banter. For those who the know the West End the bar remains as a bar but the restaurant has been separated. The new owners have worked hard to tidy the place up and give it that Asian feel. And itâs very clean! We will definitely return.

We have had many take aways from here and they never disappoint. We love the fact they deliver to Lacock which is unusual and are accurate about how long delivery will take.Would recommend the Butter Chicken and Handy Chicken but we have tried alot of dishes and all have been lovely.

We follow the cooking methods that are taught in Indian Hotel Management Industry for Overseas Guests, therefore, We firmly believe that you will notice the difference.
You can use your meerkat meals 2 for 1 here for starters sides and mains. Fast friendly service, varied menu, delicious food. Was quiet mid week, but busier than the curry house next door which was telling!

Went on a Sunday lunchtime and we were the only diners. Service friendly and food good, but general approach very sloppy. There were no tandoori dishes available because the tandoori oven had not been heated up for an expected quiet service time - which is ironic, given the restaurant's name! So - no tandoori/ tikka dishes, no naan bread. I was promised "some nice bread" instead, but was served up with a paratha, which, although very tasty, is a fried item, rather than a baked item. None of the staff were wearing any kind of uniform - all in t-shirts, jog-bottoms & trainers. There was a Henry hoover in the middle of the floor when we arrrived, and was still there when we left. At the end of the meal, it transpired that the card machine was not working (and hadn't been for some time). We were invited to walk to the nearest ATM instead. One guy was walking up and down the restaurant, talking loudly to someone on his phone in between serving us. Overall an impression of not-really-bothered to see us. Not impressed, which is a shame as the food was generally quite good.

Lovely Lamb Naga and brilliant that you can bring your own wine. Brilliant service. There were lots of families with children here when we visited, they had high hairs too.

Used this restaurant for our default Indian takeaway for a while now. Visiting the restaurant for the first time was a whole new experience. EXTREMELY friendly staff who were more than happy to offer advice and even change parts of the dish. Would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant to anyone in this general area. Thank you so much for a truly wonderful meal.
