Iâve been here twice now for lunch and both times have been really good.Great chicken, mozzarella & pesto panini, comes with a side salad and coleslaw.Great red velvet cake too and really reasonable prices.Nice and clean, happy friendly staff nice spot for lunch or a coffee and a catch up with friends.Thank You so much for such lovely feedback. WE do try are best & look forward to seeing you again. Kind Regards, #Teampulp
Small cafe in a beautiful setting on the Mallards Pike Lake, serving great coffee, cake, breakfast and lunches.
The area is absolutely fantastic, beautiful and unspoilt. Walk with nature listening to the sounds of the birds and dogs playing, barking and jumping into the lake. It's a perfect space to bring the family, but bring a picnic. The cafe is stupidly expensive. The salad that accompanies the quiche is very poor, 1 quarter of a tomatoe, 2 slithers of cucumber, 1 slither of green pepper and two lettuce leaves. The panini's are OK, served again with a salad garnish and a few crisps. The fish finger sandwich is also a decent size portion served in fresh thick bread.and 3 bottles of the cheapest bottled tap water for 90p each. In total £20.90 for cafe food? Nope, never again.I wouldn't have minded if we had had service with a smile. The young girl you have on the till needs a big lesson in customer service and MANNERS. Her face told us she absolutely did not want to be there, no smile at all and rather rude. So we will visit Mallards Pike Lake again but NOT the over priced cafe. p.s. The tiny ice cream tubs (about 2 tbsp) are £2.20 each

The cafe is clean and pleasant staff. If you enjoy harty portions then you are in the right place, the quality of the food is reflected in the price, it's not a Michelin star dinner but good for a quick pit stop.Whilst I appreciate your feedback and review and your opinion is just that.........we are after all just an High Street Cafe not a Michelin Starred Restaurant, we provide good hearty well above average food at a very reasonable price..BRUNCH - 2 Bacon, 2 Sausages, 2 Eggs, Onion Rings, Beefburger, Chips, Hash Brown, Beans, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Black Pudding, Fried Bread, 2 Toast, Tea or Fresh Coffee for £6:00...Come on now...harsh I think so....

The breakfast I had was a real winner, although the baked beans were left on the plate. The interior is well designed and tastefully modern and, on warm days I can sit outside and enjoy their coffee with sunshine on my back. Recommended.

A family run business situated on the A48, overlooking the Cone Valley Brook. Swan House Tea Room is the perfect venue to enjoy a morning coffee, glass of wine with a light lunch, cream tea or delicious homemade cake. Afternoon Tea our speciality. - Morni
Went for afternoon tea to celebrate a friends birthday. The table looked so pretty with beautiful tablecloth and bone china cups, plates and serving plates. The sandwiches, pastries, both savoury and sweet, and cakes were absolutely delicious, and the service was brilliant. There is a huge choice of scones, and plenty of lovely cream and home made jam go with them! It was a real treat! We are delighted you enjoyed your visit to Swan House Tea Room. Thank you for leaving such a lovely review.Hopefully see you again soon.Best wishesSwan House Tea Room Team
