Blue Water Restaurant and Takeaway, on Brownlow Street (opposite the free car park). Dine in a contemporary setting in our 52 seater air-conditioned, fully licensed Tandoori and Balti restaurant. With an extensive menu (including vegetarian curry options),
We haven't eaten here for several years, the last time being when it was called Eastern Spice. The staff were very helpful with the menu, as most Indian restaurant menus are suitable for coeliacs, but my wife had a bad experience in Crewe, when an Indian restaurant waiter told her that most of their meals contained wheat or gluten. We enjoyed our meals, and it was nice not to be rushed, even though we had not reserved a table. To sum up, good food and excellent service.

We havenât been to Asian Spices for many years. Used to be absolute crap to be honest, hunting round for meat, different dishes tasting the same - it was pants especially compared to my Uni Years in Urban West Midlands where the curry houses and Balti were exceptional. Friend of ours said it had changed hands last week and that we should give it a go. So glad we did - amazing tastes, freshly cooked, plenty of meat - an absolute revelation. We had a madras, two Baltiâs and a Masala with rice and nan. Superb! Weâve been going to Whitchurch for several years (where the curry remains outstanding) but itâs so good that Ellesmere now provides equivalent great Indian food. Well done Asian Spices - Iâm really pleased for me and for you!!! Keep up the good work and keep it the same. See you very soon.
