I booked a vineyard tour followed by afternoon tea and it was a great experience. My friends visiting from Switzerland were interested to see the vineyard and the tour guide was really friendly and informative. It was a beautiful day and the afternoon tea was one of the best ever. Very fresh and tasty with really good scones. Would highly recommend the vineyard and will be returning to have an evening meal soon.

This place is out of this world! Super polite and friendly staff, amazing cuisine, all served with a smile... so I couldn't really ask for much more. Nothing was too much trouble, I had a lovely chat with our waitress about food and what to do in the local area. It didn't surprise me that this is a favourite wedding venue, I can imagine that every wedding would be pretty spectacular. I would recommend this place if you are looking for some special or relaxing time.

We went for my mums 88th birthday on Sunday 14th July. There were 10 of us. After being seated we were asked if we would like drinks. We also asked for a jug of water. The brought out one jug between 10 of us. We asked for another, which came 15 minutes later. By which time we needed another. We asked could we see the childâs menu. We waited 30 minutes before someone came to take our choice of menu. To which I replied we were still waiting for the childâs menu, plus more water. After ordering we waited another half hour for the food, which was very disappointing. The beef was chewy, the lamb was very pink. There was a lack of gravy. We all asked for more gravy which had no taste. They brought out three tiny little pots that was half full between 10 of us. We kept asking for more and they would bring one at a time. We eat half of our dinner dry before the gravy arrived. Vegetables were ok. Desserts were basic. For the amount they charge £25 for 2 course for a very basic bland Sunday lunch, we expected more for our money. Not one out of the ten enjoyed the meal and the service was appalling. Not once were we asked if our meal was ok. Donât waste your time and money. Go to Llechwen Hall instead to which I would give 5 stars for food and service and itâs half the price.

Went for lunch and had a lovely three course menu. Staff were lovely and food was up to a very high standard. Prepared and cooked by three young chefs who came out and introduced themselves after. Talking about their creations they made sound so simple, well done. It was a pleasure to meet you all, and we look forward to repeating the experience very very soon.

Chose Arboreal for an impromptu Friday evening meal. The restaurant was busy with a friendly lively atmosphere. We had nachos to share to start follows by pizza and the place special with greens and clams. Both meals were well presented and tasty. Will definitely be returning.
