We are visitors to the area and driven past the pub on many occasions previously it looked a little shabby rather than chic, this year itâs been refurbished with New Management and looks more inviting so, we dropped in for evening meal. We were warmly welcomed by the new owners and had drinks in the bar while perusing the menu, the pub has a great local feel about it, a good choice of menu. The service was great and our food was excellent, the staff were friendly helpful and attentive without making you feel hurried. We had four different dishes cooked to perfection by their new chef and promptly served to our table. To summarise we enjoyed excellent food, excellent service, good value in a warm and friendly atmosphere and definitely recommend.

My husband and I had eaten here last saturday and had a lovely meal.We returned last night and again were not disappointed.Waitresses were friendly as was the chef.We had ministroni soup and prawn cocktail,along with fishermans platterAll the food was Good and we ate the lot.Reasonably pricee too.Would definitely recommend a visit.
