Had an amazing lunch here, the sandwich was like something out of man v food! It was huge and packed with quality ingredients, the bread was super fresh. The soup was homemade, packed with flavour, nice and thick and piping hot. The service was welcoming and friendly, we couldn't fault a thing and returned a couple of days later in the morning for massive hot filled rolls, the bacon was cooked crispy as I requested and the eggs were well cooked but still runny in the middle, all served on massive super fresh buns and accompanied by great coffee. If I stayed nearby I would be a regular.

Probably best fish served in Perth, down to the quality, whiteness and chunkiness of the fresh fish they use - all freshly fried and served. The large special (breaded) fish is the pinnacle. Not expensive for a proper fish supper, whether you eat in or take away. The restaurant dining area has no external windows but is creatively lit and arranged so the lack of external windows is not an issue (and a lot better than the car park and retail park outside). They also do all the other traditional chip shop suppers plus pizzas, pastas and ice cream. Never disappointed at Mariniâs

Stopped here on the way north from Glasgow and yet again was so pleased we did.Is the best fish and chips ever....well if it's not then it's right up there without a doubt.Everything is cooked from fresh and yes you have to wait but believe me it's worth waiting for. The chips are cooked to absolute perfection not soggy not greasy just beautifully crisp WOW The fish beautifully tender and delicious. I've had many a fish supper in my time but this in my opinion is the best I just wish I lived closer to Perth
