We happened upon this restaurant, now called The Bengal, on its first night under new management. The service was excellent, as was the food. The choice of main dishes was extensive and very well explained by our waiter, and the poppadoms that we always have as our starters when eating at Indian restaraunts were accompanied by a more varied choice of dips and sauces than is offered in other establishments. If you like Indian food and are looking for a slightly different eating experience, give The Bengal a try. You won't be disappointed.

Take your own drinks with no corkage. Thanks for a great night. Recommended again.

Taza has serving fresh Indian food since 2003. We are well known in the community for our constantly changing menu thanks to our time served, formally trained Chefs from India and Pakistan. We have a relaxed and friendly style of service which is apprecia
Food was varied and very good. Much variety and you just helped yourself. Only downside is their policy to charge if you do not finish the Meal. Thanks for choosing Taza and for your review. Purely for clarification, we would like to point out to that we do not charge for people not finishing their meal. We charge for excessive food waste. It is not a zero food waste policy, we do allow some wastage, just not too much though. There is information on the table which clearly shows what we consider excessive. At a buffet where you choose your own portion size, you are completely in control of how much you put in your plate, if you are trying something new it's always wise to put in a lesser quantity, you can always go back for more as many times as you like.
