Chris's latest offer: supper for a fiver, not to be missed. Chicken fajitas so much better than you find at chain tex-mex restaurants for much more. The offer is on Tues-Thurs evenings and great when you're tired after work and don't feel like cooking (or a mediocre takeaway). One of the nice touches is that Chris will vary the dish to suit your tastes..No license currently but there's a Sainsbury's local almost opposite. Great place for lunch too.

I placed an order, it took absolutely ages to come and this is why: the delivery driver couldn’t work out how to check both handles of the front porch door. He only checked one side, deemed them both locked using his powers of deduction (but not actually trying the other door handle) He did in fairness try calling to ask me but unfortunately it went to voicemail. When I finally saw a missed call come through (I’d moved to a part of the house with better reception) I called him back and then he said the door was locked, I asked him why he didn’t try the adjacent door handle on the double door and he countered with why didn’t I answer my phone. No apology. I said I was in a part of the house at that time with unfortunately no reception, and said that he should really have tried BOTH doors. He said he’d come back and deliver it. On arrival he opened the correct door (it was possible), thrust the bag in my hand without a word and left. I told him that I’d complained to the restaurant that he’d been shirty on the phone and that the food was late. He swore as he left. When I called the restaurant again they said they’d check what happened and call me back, they never did! I chased it up the next day and the manager apologised on the delivery drivers behalf but then countered that by saying that I had a responsibility to listen out for my delivery, thus rendering the apology worthless. I again argued the point saying the company’s other delivery drivers have, in the past, had no problems working out how to open a porch door. He kept reiterating that it was up to me to have checked for the driver. I asked for a refund for what was a cold and late meal, but he said I should have called back at the time to complain!!! It was late and we were hungry and so we ate the cold meal, what else could we do. I had expected a call back from Naasta so that a dialogue could be had about rude behaviour and late food. Food was delicious but the utter contempt I received from both driver and manager was utterly shocking.Rude.

We're a truly authentic Mexican tapas and taco restaurant that serves street food classics as well as sumptuous tapas dishes with modern twists. We also serve refreshing margaritas alongside a good selection of quality Tequilas and Mezcal.

Food is really tasty with some standout dishes - pork tacos, refried beans, chicken croquettes. It’s fresh, clearly all made in house with love. Some could do with a bit more of a kick but that’s personal preference, maybe some chilli sauce on the table (as you get in Mexico) would be a nice touch.Margaritas were gorgeous.Music is brilliant.Staff were lovely.Good value for money. We will be back!I’m now wishing I could have another taco for breakfast!!
