Set in the beautiful village of Arnside over looking the Estuary and stunning views of the Lake District We pride ourselves on our home baked food from pies and quiches to scones. we are introducing amazing tasting home baked pizza to eat in or take out.

Arnside has been crying out for something different as The Albion and Fighting Cocks have struggled in recent years. Well now itâs here. Along with Gado Gado The Arnside Bore is a huge breath of fresh air. Thank goodness. No more wandering along the sea front hoping to find somewhere to eat at good quality and price. Had the Tapas which was superb. I travel the world and this place is up there with the best. Great service, a passionate chef and owners, I really hope people take note and call in. Itâs not just a meal, itâs an experience. Thank you. Will be back many times, I sincerely hope others will follow. The other eateries should see this place as a challenge and not a threat. Locals and visitors are fed up with poor choice and service. So up your game to Arnside Bore standards and everyone will gain. For us itâs Arnside Bore and Gado Gado tip of the list. Superb engaging service tonight. Thank you. Came here a few weekends ago with my friends for a late breakfast/early lunch. On arrival there was no âhelloâ or acknowledgment from the members of staff so we seated ourselves. The menu seemed a little bit confusing but we soon worked things out and decided what weâd like to eat. It took a while for someone to take our order, even though the restaurant didnât seem overly busy, though the waiter who did come to our table eventually was lovely. The food arrived and we couldnât fault it, I would recommend the pancakes they were amazing! When our plates were cleared the waitress didnât offer a smile or asked if everything was okay with our food and it took us a while again to be acknowledged when we wanted to pay and once leaving no âThank youâ or âGoodbyeâ was given. Amazing food, not the best service.

My mum and I recently spent a lovely evening here. What stood out for me straight away was the excellent level of service given by all the waiters we had dealings with - they all seemed helpful and knowledgeable about their food which was great. We had 6 dishes between us and they were brought at intervals over the next few hours - each was delicious.Leave room for dessert - the lemon cheesecake, lemon sorbet & lemoncellonis worth saving space for.Will certainly be returning and would recommend this place to anyone to try.
