A mixture of coffee bar, cafe and bistro with something for pretty much everyone. Quality ingredients make up a varied reasonably priced breakfast menu, including a range of house specials such as 3 types of SHAKSHUKA - Classic, Meat and Vegan - Breakfast
Chris's latest offer: supper for a fiver, not to be missed. Chicken fajitas so much better than you find at chain tex-mex restaurants for much more. The offer is on Tues-Thurs evenings and great when you're tired after work and don't feel like cooking (or a mediocre takeaway). One of the nice touches is that Chris will vary the dish to suit your tastes..No license currently but there's a Sainsbury's local almost opposite. Great place for lunch too.

The WildFlour Cafe is now OPEN Tuesdays to Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays. We are an independent cafe nestled in the courtyard of a beautiful National Trust farm on the South Downs Way half way between Pyecombe and Devil's Dyke. Come and enjoy the peace
We did a lovely walk round Saddlescombe downs, I'd popped into the café to ask the lovely ladies there, to save me a bit of Flapjack before we started our walk. They laughingly agreed ! The walk took an hour and a quarter with the most wonderful views of the Weald and along the Southdowns westwards, way beyond Chanctonbury. We met some lovely people on our walk 2 ladies and a spaniel dog .The dog was way ahead of them and they said "He knows we are going to the " Wildflour Café "I told them not to eat all the flapjacks ! We also met a lovely couple from California John and Marnie who were walking there way around the southern part of England and staying at Ashington. I took a picture for them on the top of the downs, and we were to meet them again later at the Wildflour Café. We had a lovely mug of tea and the dear Ladies HAD saved me the last bit of Flapjack !!! DEEEELICIOUS !!!!So sorry we couldnât save you two!! Lovely to meet you
