Fantastic food! Went there for a birthday celebration, looks are very deceiving because it does look like a simple roadside cafe. Inside is clean, tidy and the cavery was simply amazing. The staff are amazing as is the cat. My understanding is planning permission has been accepted for a near 2 storey restaurant which sits 3ft 6 off the ground and will go out over the river Ouse, perfect setting, perfect food, perfect owners! Will definitely be going back.

We stopped for lunch having left the motorway services in horror landing in this lovely old pub . Itâs not haute cuisine but itâs proper hearty English pub grub at very reasonable prices.We will stop again on our next trip

Fabulous fish finger sandwich at our local this weekend. Always a treat to pop down, breakfast, lunches and dinners all fantastic. Just a short hop off the Guided Busway if youâre cycling. Take a detour and come and see our beautiful village, sample some excellent beers and have a bite to eat! Beer garden and seating out the front which is our personal fav to watch the world go by.
