Welcome to Harryâs Bistro. We are passionate about our food and will offer you a special dining experience. You will find us just outside beautiful Beaumaris on the Island of Anglesey. Harryâs is situated within Henllys Hall, a famous old mansion house se
We dined here on a Friday evening after a hectic dash along the horribly congested A55. The staff were brilliant, well organised, friendly and efficient. We made the mistake of ordering starters, only insofar as the portions were rather large, so we struggled to finish our mains. All the food was beautifully presented, hot and delicious. Shame we had no space for pudding or coffee. We are staying at Henllys, so it is an easy stroll from our apartment to Harryâs. A return visit is most definitely on the cards!

Booked when the reservations for 2019 opened in Sept 2018 and the wait did not disappoint. Very relaxed atmosphere. Very simple design (restaurant) Clean toilets. The service was very very good - hats off to Bethan. I heard her speaking Welsh too which was nice to hear. Very well priced drinks; we had a prosecco and the freshly squeezed apple juice (a must!) The food.........delicious! Well presented. Very knowledgeable staff too and friendly. The food is in keeping with the season. Nice coffee too. I want to go back

Called in for lunch never been before, great food and quick service, had a crab and spring onion sandwich the thick brown bread was to die for. Fish and chips also excellent. Old style traditional pub that hasn't probably changed for years , and doesn't need to as it all adds to the location and atmosphere

We had to sit outside as we had a dog. The views are gorgeous but rather cold on a October Saturday morning.Due to the no dog rules we didn't eat as it would go cold to quick.Drinks were ok but for an independent run business the staff or owner whoever served us was very unfriendly.Thank you for the review, we take comment on board good and bad! We do not allow dogs inside as personally i dont find it very hygienic, however we do allow them on the decking and in the front seating area! There are a few eateries in the village that allow dogs inside. The weather unfortunately isnt down to me and like you pointed out it was October! And onto your last point manners cost nothing i totally agree all the staff we have are very polite and courteous and chatty so find it odd you pointing this out however i will look into it , as its not nice having an off day is it!

looking for somewhere to have a late lunch on Anglesey;simple? Not on Anglesey! We tried several places, all of which stopped serving food around 2 - 2.30 p.m.Called into The Boat house Tuesday afternoon and although quite busy, we were seated and served quite quickly by smiling, efficient staff.Food was very tasty, reasonably priced and hot(curry for me and fishcakes for husband)AND no dogs at the dinner tables! (inside)

So unassuming from outside but inside the food and service is fantastic. Great place to have a bacon sandwich for breakfast the bacon is delicious. Friends stayed with us and we couldn't keep them away, kept going back for afternoon tea, coffee and scrumptious cakes! The owners and staff were really friendly and accommodating. Great take away food also.

Stopped by late afternoon and the place was quite full with a mixture of people having coffee/cake and snacks/full meals. Service was good and the food tasty. Great location and plenty off car parking available. Good selection of cakes, which were packaged for us to take away.

Set within an area of outstanding natural beauty only a short drive from the village of Pentraeth The Tavern benefits from idyllic coastal views of Red Wharf Bay & beyond. The Tavern defines itself as a waterfront Restaurant with classically trained chefs
I have eaten at this restaurant twice now and both times have been well above my expectations. The food is well cooked and thought out, with plenty on the menu. Worth mentioning is our waitress Molly who couldn't have helped us any more. She was knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole experience a pleasure. We will be back!
