Went to Hinderton last Sunday with 4 other adults. We had a 33% voucher off the Mains. Despite requesting on line to be seated near a window with disabled access they wanted to sit us on a round table in the middle . We ordered drinks and at least 15 minutes after our server came back to say that there was no IPA.! The service was slow but the meal was nice, I had the slow cooked pork belly. We were there at 1pm and after some of us having coffee or dessert it was 3.30pm when we left. I did notice that Tom was not around and it was quite busy but the visit was not of the usual standard .Dear David M,Thank you for taking the time to leave us a Trip Advisor review, we are sorry we could not accommodate your request on this occasion for a window table due to a large party needing that side of the restaurant. We do aim to meet all requests where possible and it is unfortunate that on this occasion we couldn't. We do hope to see you again soon.Kind RegardsFreyja - Holding General Manager

Bespoke boutique wine bar and bistro serving food and drinks alcoholic and non alcoholic throughout the day, live music venue serving freshly ground barista quality coffee & fresh food made from locally sourced produce.
Honestly the entertainment in tbis little establishment is outer. Kay the manager is lovely and the owner is a little eccentric and can be a little tipsy at times, but all he wants is to see his customers have a great time.. The Jam nights are worthy of a visit for any budding musician out there and although it's small. A great time is guaranteed. For the early birds out there. The breakfast and lunch menus are outstanding. One to definitely try out if you fancy a night away from the younger generations.

In the area, popped in with two friends for Sunday lunch. 12:30 and the place still had plenty of tables. Nice friendly service and decent beer, so found a table next to the window. Ordered three beef Sunday lunches, didn't really expect much for the price (2 for £9.49). Beef was OK, Yorkshire pudding was........well I'm from Yorkshire!!!!! cold broccoli, peas and Smash!!!!! Shouldn't expect much for the price but Smash....enough said.

A warm and pleasent atmosphere in our historical Victorian pub overlooking the River Mersey, surrounded by Eastham Country Park. We provide history with a contemporary twist. With full table service and a vast range of locally sourced food and an extensiv
We ate at the Eastham Ferry while up in the area visiting family. 4 adult meals and 2 kids meals. All hot and freshly cooked. Nicely presented. Lots of menu choice for all ages and dietary requirements. And the desserts - omg, decisions, decisions... I think I need another visit just to try another. The restaurant and toilets were comfortable and clean. My boys loved playing in the garden and on the big climbing frame. I can only hope they'll have me back - I smashed a glass Overall great food, good prices, good atmosphere, good facilities, helpful and friendly staff... We will return.

This is a fantastic victorian pub, fully refurbished with an eye to the past.Positioned on the banks of the River Mersey with views over to Liverpool,we serve great home made food seven days a week 12pm til 9pm and carry up to six real ales from local mic
Travelled from Manchester to meet family members here who had recommended the Refreshment rooms and we were not disappointed. The service was prompt and quick with the food arriving piping hot and of generous portion size. Six adults and three children ate and drank for under £98 which to me is good value.Staff members were friendly and patient when dealing with our indecisive children and the quality of the food was good (very hearty pub food). Thanks again

This pub/restaurant was established in 1641. The entrance opens to a low ceiling dim room where the pub is located. There is a conversation table where you can meet friendly people sharing a drink. I talked with Unilever employees getting off work. From there, I went into the more modern restaurant enjoying a superb lamb dish, very good service and quiet atmosphere. I had a table looking out to a garden. I recommend for the sheer enjoyment of a 1641 pub, good food and service in a quiet environment.

We are dedicated to Real Food, Real Kitchen, Real Chefs. We do not do fast food, but we do great food as fast as we can.
My dear sister recently watched a documentary on independent television called The Real Housewives Of Cheshire, a gritty, no nonsense portrayal of life in the North-West of England. As a contrast to Islington she was keen to see such deprivation for herself so we asked Baker to fire up the Daimler and headed up the M1. It was as bad as we feared with men seemingly unable to afford warm coats on what was a cold autumn night and the women dressed in rags: I don't think I saw a pair of jeans that wasn't practically in tatters all evening. We obviously needed an escape from this poverty and whilst driving round spotted The Cheshire Yeoman. The establishment is divided into a dining area and a bar area with the two being strictly divided along gender lines: ladies in the dining area and the men drinking in the bar. Having settled ourselves at a vacant table a friendly lady provided us with menus. Everything on offer looked inviting and it was difficult to choose. Our meals didn't take too long to arrive and were well presented. The food was good but could have been better with my dear sister's beef being a little dry, but the excellent service easily compensated for this. In the meantime Baker had finished a well kept pint of beer and a packet of crisps in the car park. Our journey back to the comforts of the capital passed without incident.
