Had a takeaway from these quite a few times over the past few months,and I must say the curries are sublime.Usually have Lamb pathia with all the trimmings,poppadoms,chapati and onion bhaji.this one is hot but not so it spoils the meal.No sit down facilities but a great takeaway service/ delivery.

7 of us visited last night, we have eaten here before and enjoyed it but last night was fantastic, the food was excellent. We all had starters, main and pudding everything was really good, very tasty and good portion size. Service they couldn't do enough for us even putting the wine we had taken with us in the fridge, providing champagne glasses and then bringing out wine glasses for the wine. We had a fantastic night and will defiantly recommend to others and we will be back soon. Great restaurant, lovely atmosphere and extra bonus that you can take your own wine.

Visited here on a Saturday evening.Took our own wine which is good as we can drink our favourite tipple.Place was well set out with plenty of room between tables.Good atmosphere and relaxed and the food was not rushed and when it came was lovely,fresh produce and nice and hot. The waiting staff (Helena and Mia)where polite,cheerful and helpful and deserved the tip we left as did the kitchen staff for the great food. Will defo return.

Sat listening to an incredibly rude woman complaining constantly to the staff when she randomly turned up with over a dozen people including some very loud badly behaved children who we could hear even when we moved to the other side of the room. Throughout it all the staff were patient and respectful to people who really didnât deserve it. Well done Michelle P and the rest. As regular customers we appreciate you all.

Booked for sunday lunch, which was delicious... I hd the beef dinner and Claire th pork.. both dinners was plentiful and excellent... Served hot... Washed down with a great bottle of red wine..... The service as always, was superb. Great staff here.....We followed on witht he Rod Stewart tribute, which was brilliant... An excellent afternoon , brilliant....

Still my favourite, still the best, this is the pizza I judge all others by.Forget all the others in Ollerton and surrounding areas, this is the best. Fantastic value, fantastic pizza and friendly smiling service. Gush Gush!! We sometimes have a burger meal and they are pretty good too!

We recently ate here with friends, none of us had been previously so it was an all new experience. We weren't disappointed, the food was excellent the service was very efficient and the staff friendly and pleasant. I would highly recommend Britalia and I am sure that we and our friends will be back.

Booked in advance and paid deposit. Arrived on time looking forward to nice Italian meal as has been my experience of Bella Italia in other locations.What a disappointment! Slow, slow service. Two child starters arrived eventually and quickly consumed. But an hour after arriving, still no sign of main courses. We asked for an ETA (along with other tables) to be told another 10 minutes (maybe). Decided to leave and grab a shop sandwich on the way to our next activity. Manager became involved, no apology, just wanted to argue. Wouldn't refund our deposit, told us to go to Customer Services. Disgusted!Sorry I can't comment on the quality of the food as I never got any!It seems that this franchise is just taking advantage of the "captive audience" that Center Parcs provides them with. Like it or lump it. Well we will lump it and not return to Center Parcs again.Maybe Center Parcs needs to wake up and smell the coffee. Bella Italia is not the only guilty party!Thank you for your feedback. We pride ourselves on our superb service and fantastic food so I'm sorry we got it wrong on this occasion. Due to the popularity of the restaurant, Monday lunchtimes are very busy as we are met the demand of people both leaving the village and arriving. Had you let us know you were in a rush we could have recommended dishes that could be prepared more quickly. I do hope however you enjoyed the complimentary drinks and starters. I also issued you with a slip to claim back a full refund of your deposit rather than the 50% as per Center Parcs cancellation policy which I am told you have received.

The food is superb probably the best Italian restaurant food ever, seriously.Service very good and staff equally so and not always in your face.They have some excellent fish dishes.Only problem is the noise, it gets unpleasantly loud unfortunately.
