We recently visited for my birthday and could not have had a nicer lunch experience, we were greeted by friendly staff who seated us and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. We were particularly awkward about dessert but nothing was too much trouble and when mine came out it had been specially created for me with the words Happy Birthday. If you havenât been yet and youâre local you really must!!!

This restaurant is situated at the bottom of the town and could easily be missed, what a shame. From the friendly greeting to the thoughtful hints during the evening it was a lovely first visit.Although fairly quiet, as we went on a Monday, it still had a nice feelWe chose Calamari and Sardine (off special board), Monkfish Tagliatelle and Swordfish (off specials board), finished with Panecotta. Will go again.

Leonardos has quickly become our go-to favourite restaurant. The service from the older Italian waiter is always 5*s and he canât do enough to help you. Customisation of dishes is no problem at all and portions are great sizes and thereâs always a great variety of things to eat. The menu is labelled with any common dietary requirement, wheat, dairy, meat, etc which you just donât get else where and is really helpful. Would always recommend to friends, keep up the good work!

Elegant tasting menus using locally sourced ingredients where possible. Creative team headed up by award winning Executive Head Chef, Andrew Scott. Introductory tasting menus from £ 45.00 Up to £ 85.00 Available Tuesday to Saturday evenings.
We went here for a Birthday dinner and the 4 of us ate the 2/3 course a la carte menu. The tuna was superb, my wife described the scallop dish as one of the best starters she has ever had (she's had thousands). The beef was excellent, but the duck was so tender and melt-in-the-mouth. Superb.Thank you for taking the time to review your visit to Restaurant 56. We're glad the meal was enjoyed by all and hope to welcome you back soon!

We were staying nearby on holiday and this was recommended to us. The service was attentive and the food was uniformly excellent. Prices were great considering the quality of the cooking and ingredients. I wouldnât hesitate to recommend the place.

The one and only Tapas bar in Highworth. Food is served from 18:00 until 22:00, the bar is open until midnight (Wednesday to Saturday).
We booked this evening on a Groupon voucher and what a pleasant surprise it was. The food and menu choice was excellent. A real bonus is the superb draught real ale rarely found in a restaurant. All in all a lovely Tapas experience and the two staff being the pretty waitress and the very attentive barman were both friendly and helpful. Thank you. We shall be back and this time with some friends now we know it's good. It's obviously a new venture and I really hope it does well. Try it you'll love it.

First visit to Ciao but it definitely wonât the last. One of the best Italian meals Iâve had in a very long time. The portions are generous, our food was super tasty and the waiters very attentive, oh and all very reasonably priced.
