Visited this restaurant in Chippenham as we had received such good service and had a lovely meal at the Bristol Branch. The staff are really friendly and professional and the food is so good - really lovely flavours and good portion sizes.

Visited on a warm Monday evening after a stay at nearby Lucknam Park. We wanted a light bite before heading home on our 3-hour journey and chose a sharing platter. Wow! Great quality, really tasty and well presented, we enjoyed every morsel. A wonderfully spacious and sprawling pub with lovely views by the river.

Finding no where to eat after 2.00pm Mother and Wild said they would be serving food at 5.O0. The young lady at reception was so very helpful and the restaurant looked interesting we decided to have a very late/ early lunch/dinner. So glad we did. All the staff were very pleasant, the restaurant had several eating areas, mainly filled with younger people. I rarely eat pizza but this time it was impossible not to it, it looked so inviting. A ham hock starter for my husband and a pork and fennel ragu for me were excellent. The pizza was for my husband but I just had to share, the best I have had ever, outside Florence! Thank you

Restaurant Hywel Jones, part of the Lucknam Park Hotel in Wiltshire, is a timelessly elegant Michelin-starred affair. Located in a listed Palladian mansion, the restaurant resides in the stately homeâs original ballroom. With magnificent chandeliers and V
Been waiting to go a long time but ended up vet disappointed. Lounge nice but full of casually dressed families having afternoon tea still when we arrived. Not sure why we were asked to arrive for 6.30 for our 7pm booking as canapés weâre nit served in the lounge. Nice cocktail but £16 each was expensive. We were then asked to go through to restaurant before finishing drink vans 10 minutes early but still no canapé. Waited 10 minutes for canapé and bread and water feeling like spares at a wedding Tasting menu nice but waiters were average. By course two our food and wine (paired tasting menu) were totally out of synch with wine arriving as plates empty!Food and wine good but service only ok. At end of meal we were just left. Offered no coffee nor the bill!Has to go to hotel reception for bill which was wrong. The taxi they orders didnât arrive and when they checked itâs been cancelled as they were busy on a Saturday!Second company ordered a taxi who decided to charge 3 x what weâd payed on way there. £70 for 16 miles and we were held to ransom or not go home.expected more from a a very expensive hotel and Michelin starred restaurant. Surely they gave strong partner relations. In the depths of Cornwall never an issue with s taxi from Restaurant Nathan Outlaw. Oh and toilets were NOT clean. Really disappointed Dear Corporate01Many thanks for visiting our Restaurant and for taking time to write feedback. My sincere apologies your visit was not to your full satisfaction.I have spoken to the team about your detailed feedback.Unfortunately we have no influence with the taxi companies and only requested a taxi after your dinner our usual companies were already booked and we had to call whoever was available. We were let down as much as you were and will not use the company in question again. You were offered complimentary drinks from our Duty Manager whilst you were waiting.I do hope that you will consider us for future booking and would be delighted to take care of your requirements.Kind regardsSakis

Excellent! Called late in the day (4:30) for 8pm booking table for 2 and no problem. Lovely cosy atmosphere and friendly bar staff. Food cooked fresh to order so expecting a wait as quite busy but was out within a decent time. Had the pigeon to start and duck for main, my friend had the Brie to start and lamb shank (specials board) and all dishes were extremely nice. Well presented and cooked beautifully. How lovely to hear that you enjoyed your meals with us earlier this week - thank you for visiting and for posting a review which is much appreciated and does go a long way towards making all of the hard work worthwhile. Your compliments have been passed on to our wonderful team here and we hope to welcome you again before long.

Here at Underwood, we aim to provide a relaxing yet exciting dining experience. Set over three floors with a newly decorated Lounge Bar taking up the first floor, a beautiful restaurant on the lower floors with some of the best views in Bath looking over
We were walking past Underwood and decided to pop-in for dinner. We had a table by the window and Monika, our server, was terrific. Actually, all the service staff were terrific. We had their butternut soup and chicken dinner and both were amazing. If we were staying longer we would have returned for another amazing meal!Dear Mummyccr,Thank you very much for the great review. We are glad to hear that you received great service. If your ever in the area again we do hope you pop back in.Warm RegardsThe Underwood Team

Ponte Vecchio restaurant is set in Bath's most scenic location, with a view over the world-famous Pulteney Bridge & Weir and the river Avon. We serve the best of Italian cuisine in our elegant dining area. Our varied menu features authentic freshly-made p
Food ok but nothing exceptional. Service was lacking and there were times the service staff obviously didnât communicate with each other as things either never came to the table (drinks requested) or came out wrong. Pizza base was stodgy and chewy rather than crisp. Some of the starters were lovely, including the specials, mains were lacking though.
