We had a hot drink and snack while waiting for our boat trip. Perfectly adequate, but nothing to write home about. There was a quite a lot of hot good listed on the menu board, but I suspect most was frozen and microwaved. There are other eateries in the area if looking for a meal, but prices here were reasonable.I'm glad you found your trip and food 'perfectly adequate' and that you found it necessary to write to the world about it via Trip Advisor instead of writing home.

We came in for a cuppa before a horse drawn boat trip, what a little gem this cafe is a large selection of cakes which all looked amazing we had scones which were super and the pot of tea was very good and all at a very reasonable cost

We were looking for a cafe for just a drink, found the Courtyard cafe, a little off the beaten track. So glad we found it, beautiful little place, clean and bright. What an absolutely lovely lady behind the counter, very chatty and although she was trying to eat her lunch, she dropped everything to be as helpful as she could go us. Lovely cake and drinks, we will definitely be back next time we visit Llangollen.

Small independent coffee shop serving finest Fair trade coffee. Homemade cakes scones, soups and quiches. Sandwiches and salads. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options always available. We have outdoor seating, free WiFi and are dog friendly.
I found this little cafe by accident but Iâll definitely be going back, if youâre interested in vegan/ vegetarian/ healthy eating this is definitely the place for you. The selection of aforementioned food is impressive and delicious I had falafel salad and mocking bird cake both vegan recipes both were amazing

Whilst on a trek with Explorers, stumbled across this gem of a cafe! Beautiful Scones that are TOP CLASS! The Flat White Coffee is also brilliant and a good size also (not like the small size flat whites you get in commercial cafes).I saw other people eating food and I have to say all the meals I saw looked fantastic!Already planning my next trip!!Some amazing walks in the area also with great views of the vale of Llangollen!!Thank you for lovely review , much appreciated Regards Linda.

A super relaxed Cafe serving full breakfasts and great toasties/sandwiches. As we become established, we will move into being a full Cafe Bar, with evening dining. We sit at the cheaper end of the local price range. We love Dogs and they are welcome insid
Whole place needs a clean. Sticky tables, dirty walls and floors. Toilet desperately needs a good clean. Food good enough but put off by such a grubby place. Being dog friendly doesnât mean itâs ok not to clean properly, in fact it makes it even more importantCat, reading the scathing reviews you have left for other popular food businesses in Llangollen on the same day it looks like you had a horrible one....or that you represent another business. Three one star reviews on the same day is unheard of!I cant speak for the other businesses on your hit list, only my own, but I imagine all three of us are reading your reviews today with berwilderment as your experience is so utterly different from any other customer.I ask this as a genuine question; Do you work for or represent a competing business? It very much appears that you might do.To address your comments for other readers however; The toilets here are immaculate, always. The tables are sanitised regularly through the day. The walls are all painted in scrubbable paint so that they can be (and are) cleaned regularly. The floors are vacuumed and mopped daily (though we are muddy boot friendly!).In summary, I think that your comments seem to have no base in fact so i have to assume that you have simply written a malicious review and I would like to ask you to remove it.
