We came here for the coffee based on the reviews- we left 5 minutes later and I couldn't finish mine. The coffee machine is obviously a cheap one, pre-does the milk itself - coffee incredibly bitter and my latte was frothier than a cappuccino. A shame - the premises is large and although dark at the back there was a friendly atmosphere. If you like a good coffee, avoid!Hi, thanks for taking the time to give a review. We would happily have made you a new coffee - so always ask. Many customers rate our coffees very highly. We hope you'll give us another try because, as you found, we are friendly.Meanwhile we do take reviews to heart and the staff have been discussing what might have happened here and how they can improve. And be assured that our Iberital barista coffee machine cost many thousands of pounds, and still does not pre-do the milk! With warm best wishesRevive Coffee Shop team

My daughter and I stopped off in Chertsey after a long drive down the M1. We were given a friendly welcome and given time to select from an extensive me u without any hassle. Burger and chips and a fry up made for a very satisfying late lunch and came to about £12. My daughter was given a lollipop on the way out! Nice touch. WCs were immaculate. This is an ideal stopping place just off the M25 and preferable to the soulless service stations. Will definitely go back.

Our first time for breakfast but it wont be the last! Lovely people running the café and can't do enough to ensure that customers are happy. I had mushroom omelette with chips and salad, daughter had 2 slices of toast with marmalade and finally hubby had full English breakfast. The egg on toast and the breakfast had coffee or orange juice included in the price. All meals were very nice. The café is clean and tidy, has toilets, newspapers and outside seating if preferred.Must try a lunch there sometime.Italian ice cream by the cone is also available.

We recently stayed in the Chertsey Travelodge and came here for breakfast on two days. The food was amazing and nothing was too much for them to do.We sat upstairs and basically had the place to ourselves. Whilst waiting for our food we were able to watch the news on the large TV.The coffee was beautiful and much nicer than that from the national coffee brandsWe will definitely be back when we next visit.

I tried this place for the first time and loved it! Great menu with hearty fare, very nice ambience and excellent service! The bistro is set in a converted Victorian shop with lots of original features. I had the Club Chicken Cesar Sandwich and it was delicious.

This place has opened up under new management and they're not doing a bad job of replicating what was there before. The old owners had the place running really well for a lunch time cafe (Omelettes recommended), the new ones appear to be trying to just replicate what it was before and it's working so far although not quite up to the old quality yet, i will be back to see if they crack it.

We visited on Saturday morning and although early it was already busy. Having recently moved to Chertsey we were keen to try Joeâs Cafe and were delighted to receive such a friendly greeting. We both had the full English breakfast with filtered coffee. It was great and just what we needed! Look forward to going back.
