We had a great meal here with old friends we hadn't seen for a while. The waitress was friendly and helpful, she made sure we had all we wanted. The food was good and very tasty. We all had drinks and two of us had delicious desserts to end the meal. There'll definitely be a return visit soon.

Visited this pub the last two evenings and had a good welcome and good beer. 5 of us ate here last night 24/08/2019 and it was faultless. Kitchen closes at 9 but we ordered deserts at nearly 10 as we were late getting there for food. Nothing was too much trouble. A lovely looking building, great beer garden a proper British pub. Thank you so much. Lovely to read your comments about your experience, I'll make sure to pass them on to the rest of the team. We can't wait to see you again, have a great day.

We visited the Pier Hotel in Greenhithe for an evening meal while staying with our family in Kent. Our grandsons had eaten there a few times and had booked a table in the restaurant for us.We had drinks in the bar before being shown to a table in the restaurant overlooking the river. There was a good selection of starters available and between us we had baked camembert, potato skins with cheese and bacon, whitebait, pate and soup. They do the usual traditional pub fayre such as fish and chips, sausages and mash, lasagna, ham, egg and chips, gammon and pineapple, steaks, etc. We all enjoyed our meals and the portions were generous. Not everyone had room for desserts but they had my favourite on the menu, spotted dick and custard. I couldnât resist it and it was really nice.We had a very enjoyable evening and the ladies who served us were very friendly and polite.Weâll be back to the Pier Hotel the next time we are staying with our family in Kent.Thank you for taking the time to give your feed back, glad you enjoyed your food and we look forward to seeing you again very soon

Didn't expect much when we stopped here for lunch, it was local we were hungry and time was not on our side. We decided to chance it and found the service excellent, food was served hot and fresh, price reasonable. Have been back several times since. It's nice to have this little gem on the doorstep.

My cousin had wanted to host her baby shower here, we was advised by email to go in and see somebody about the area. When we arrived there was a lovely lady behind the bar that showed us around. My cousin called the next day to confirm she would like to go ahead and book but was advised the manager would call her back, a week later and no call back, she called again today and was passed over to the manager who was very arrogant, rude and unhelpful, the way he spoke to my cousin was disgusting and he quite clearly doesnât want to hold functions at his pub so not sure why he advertises it. We will no longer be holding the baby shower there or 30th birthday drinks we was going to enquire about and will be sure to tell everyone else the same!

Loch Fyne restaurants present a fine selection of fresh shellfish and oysters, along with seasonal fish and seafood specials. Each restaurant is rustic yet contemporary, with an elegant ambience. Grilled meat dishes are available at Loch Fyne, along with
Lovely ambience. Food was good and served on time, friendly staff. Enjoyed the 2-4-1 on cocktails and 25% discount on dine. Founded by greengrocer Bill Collison, Bill's serves eclectic British dishes made with fresh and seasonal ingredients.
There are 60 restaurants and eateries to choose from in Bluewater and so there is loads of choice and competition. How do you make your restaurant stand out? Well Bill's have achieved this by serving excellent food with extremely attentive and professional service. I went for a steak (perfectly cooked and presented which is not a given in all Bluewater Restaurants) after a starter of Tacos and sour dough bread. The service was friendly and professional without being intrusive and really everything was quite perfect.Hey John N, Thank for taking the time to write this review, we appreciate all feedback in different shapes and forms and this is a great read, Ill pass it on to the guys for you! Thanks and look forward to your next visit.Craig
