Last time I ate at the Prince of Wales the food was good but the service was questionable. This time...what a difference. The facelift has made the place look so much better. There was a great atmosphere, the staff were friendly and efficient and the food was very good. This is the nearest restaurant to my home so I want it to be good and this visit showed the difference since my last visit. Don't misunderstand me, this is not "fine dining" just very good pub food!!Well done.....confidence restored.David, firstly thank you for your review, and secondly I am very pleased your confidence in us has been restored. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

We are proud to be the Winner of CAMRA Cider pub of East Anglia 2018 & Essex pub of the year 2018!!The Woodbine is a multi award winning real Ale & Cider pub offering a Traditional pub experience & great homemade food sourced from local farms & suppliers,
Four of us visited as a family celebration. The Woodbine Inn is not much to look on the outside and is located on a busy road. The welcome was friendly and the food was fresh and tasty, we had 3 courses and each was sumptuous. There is a great Vegetarian selection. The selection of ciders is amazing and we all enjoyed the different fruit ciders that we tried. The Woodbine Inn is a real gem for great food and ciders, all at great value! We will be visiting gain soon. Perhaps on a music night!Hi and thank you for taking the time to write such a fantastic review, it alway nice to hear good things! We hope to see you again soon we have a great fun Pub Knees up singalong night complete with pianist coming up on Friday 13th September, with a 1940's Blitz theme so there will be quite a varied veggie option on the menu that night and we also have the Tapas night on the following Friday 20th September (more great veggie options and a fantastic guitarist Peter Black entertaining for the evening! Aybe you could try one of those nights?! Looking forward to seeing you again soon!

Shish kitchen is the greatest Turkish restaurant on Great Eastern Rd, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross EN8 8DY Eat in or takeaway.
I'm unable to comment on the food, as due to the very poor service, I had to simply walk out. I was shown to a table which was next to a large party who they doted over and avoid any attempt at eye contact when I tried to order. After nearly 30 minutes of this, enough was enough, I was tired and hungry, so left and despite staying at the hotel next door, drove to another restaurant. Service therefore was non-existent.Dear sir/madam, I am really sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience at out restaurant. However on reviewing the CCTV footage I can see that you decided to leave after just 17 SECONDS or viewing the menu. I would like to know the real reason for your complaint so that it will not be repeated in the future.kind regards

We arrived on a very busy night and was greeted by a friendly, efficient young lady who seated us straight away. As it was our first visit we first noticed the unique decor which created a lovely non intrusive atmosphere. Our waitress was clearly busy but she was still very attentive and our meals and drinks arrived quickly. We really enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely visit again when weâre in the area. Thank you Marvellousmarie2016 for your 5 star review and such kind words. We are very happy to hear you enjoyed your visit with us and hope to see you again soon.Kind regardsChrissy

Went with a friend and was very impressed with the service and food. Went with a groupon voucher which was a bargain for 2 people. Only thing Iâd say is more seasoning on the battered plaice, was a tad under seasoned. Love the noodles and chicken in the omelette.

Wish I had come across this little cafe sooner! Great menu for breakfast and lunch. Food nicely presented too and friendly service. Only recommendation would be to offer more interesting drinks such as chocolate bar milkshakes like oreo or terryâs chocolate orange then it would be perfect for me! Will definitely return and also looking forward to visiting the Hoddesdon branch!

This is a local restaurant for us and we have been here on numerous occasions. That said we canât recommend it enough. Even though the restaurant was quiet the waiter was very attentive and polite. The food itself is fantastic! Scallops and calamari for starters and Dover sole for my main and sea food risotto for the other half. A great selection on the main menu as well as a good selection on the specials menu. Also a great choice of beers and wines
