Weâre a traditional pub serving great food, well kept ales with a great team of people - A real coal fire and a friendly welcome await you here at The New Inn. Thereâs lots of reasons to visit us - live music, quiz nights, sizzling skillet nights and so m
We received a good welcome and the staff were friendly and efficient in spite of the fact that the pub was very busy. The menu was quite extensive. The food was very good. I had a mains and a pudding . We were a party of five and everyone was pleased with the food. I can thoroughly recommend this pub.

Great vegetarian food - check the menu (Stonegate): the soya & ale pie was the epitome of perfection. Situated about a 100 yds from the railway station along the main street, this modern pub has it all. Fantastic staff; nice long bar; different types of seating areas to suit all occasions; spotlessly clean, bright & cheerful; well looked after toilets; great disabled access (disabled toilets at front of pub); excellent drinks selection; clean & tidy outside seating area at the back with front pavement seating too! Have I already mentioned friendly, upbeat, fast & professional staff? Yes I have. Great food offers throughout the whole week. This is as good as a town centre pub can get. Very highly recommended.Hello Andy,We are so happy to hear you enjoyed our new and improved menu. We have recently had a big push on vegetarian and vegan options. Thank you for your great feedback. We hope to see you again soon! :)

Just got home and had to post straight away.. my husband had sticker belly pork with salt and pepper chips and I had slow cooked lamb shank. Both on the special menus. The food was excellent, we share just a little so I can speak for both. Well cooked, plentiful. Really enjoyed them.

Traditional family run village pub with gardens set in the Clwydian Range AONB serving food lunch and night.
Came here after reading good reviews on trip advisor, we didn't get an overly friendly welcome when we came in but once seated all staff were pleasant, the food varied, some was very good, mine was abit tasteless, all had dessert and we all liked what we got. I wouldn't go again.

Family Run Bar & Bistro offering a range of fine wines, real ales and a wide choice of meals. Sports tv and live music and sport.
Food was excellent. Waiter was very nice, thought we would come back again and again as we were so impressed. Unfortunately on paying the bill, we had our heads bitten off by the young girl behind the bar: we offered her our credit card and were told it was cash only, when we said we hadnât been told this, she was very sharp and told us she hadnât served us and our waiter should have told us: it would have been nice if she had apologised about credit cards not being accepted as it was cash only; there wouldnât have been a problem. We are new residents in Prestatyn and will never go there again.HelloWell, to be honest, I accept what you have said, and I'm sorry your night finished like that . Please rest assured that I have taken steps with the staff working that night to ensure this will never happen again. .I hope you'll return so as to see that I do indeed respond to constructive criticism.. and thanks for the positive comments on the food etc James

Always love the vibe of this cute little bar oozing cheeky charm and great tapas. Fab way to start the weekend early doors with tapas and cocktails, or chill on a Sunday afternoon with a sumptuous Sunday roast. Super friendly staff and owners. Sublime little venue for a mid week steak and sax treat, definitely a little gem on the high street

Rang the 0845 contact number on my mobile. Then prompted to tap 1 for the Cookhouse Prestatyn. Started talking to the manager, mobile cut me off. I then get a text from my mobile provider, "my agreed mobile charge exceeded". I go online to check my mobile account to find that the 0845 number was charging me nearly £2 connection charge.Hi giraffeMerseysideThank you for taking the time to offer your feedback, our 0845 number is a local call rate number and we see no financial benefit from it whatsoever. I would suggest that you take up the call charges with your network provider as they control the prices that you are charged for the calls. I hope this helps clear up the misunderstanding, if not please feel free to drop me an email at [email protected] RegardsCookHouse Pub & Grill
