Four of us dined here on Aug 31. Very restrictive menu and poor quantity and quality food. Rather deceptive pricing making the meal pricey for the quantity, beer decent and fair priced. Very noisy dining from the bar area. Will not return, many better âvalue for moneyâ around the area

Popped in while passing for lunch with the kids. Being #2 in Leominster and the park o site I thought was a winner. Either the quality of food in Leominster is terrible or the reviews are just super positive, as I wasnât wowed. For the money it was okay and itâs pretty cheap but itâs not the quality we normally expect and try to get. Wouldnât come back. If you want cheap food then go here, if you want quality donât.Hello, we are realy confused , first of all we do fresh and homemade food, second we do check back on every single meal we send out to our guests, we checked with our team as well nobody done such a comment when the check back was done , our prices its all about value for money and we are a country pub&restaurant surrounded by the most lovely people and its hard to accept such a comment with no details and in the same time criticizing the area as well ,our products is freshly quality sourced from the local farms .The positive reviews they all based on what we serving to our guests . Thank you.

We booked up a âspur of the moment â lunch on the late May bank holiday Monday.Really nice âolde worldâ country pub in the lovely village of Kingsland. There is an extensive lunch menu at reasonable prices.I had a Herefordshire burger with sweet potato fries and homemade coleslaw. My husband had the Chicken and Gammon Pie, and our daughter had Wild Mushroom Ravioli. The food was plentiful, tasty and freshly prepared.Everyone was friendly and helpful. All in all, a very pleasant lunchtime treat- topped off with ice cold Robinsonâs Cider from Tenbury Wells which is a must!!Thank you to all concerned.

We dropped in to have a drink and a snack and as soon as we walked in we we aware of a really good pub atmosphere. Unfortunately they were not doing food on a Monday, but it was so friendly, both staff and regulars, that we stopped for a drink anyway. It is very obvious by the notice board that this is definitely the local community centre. It is wonderfully set overlooking the scenic 'village green' and Black & White houses. I have the definite impression that, had we been able to sample the catering, that this would have been one of my few 5* reviews.

Traditional Country Inn With Two Bars, Restaurant And B & B With Three Comfortable En-suite Bedrooms
My wife and I today visited this quaint quirky establishment for lunch. We have visited in the past and forgotten how beautiful this area actually is. The Salutation is very clean and well kept with rustic furniture, in particular some seats made from old barrels. The beams and supports appear to be reclaimed timber and enhances the interior. We had a friendly welcome and tried the Tai curry and traditional gammon egg and chips. Both meals were well cooked and delicious with plenty of choice. Good old Stowford Press to go with it. LovelyThank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your lunch with us in our centuries old characterful inn. Hope to see you again some time.

Aymestreys The Riverside Inn and Restaurant is nestled in the Herefordshire countryside, where the Roman Watling Street crosses the meandering River Lugg. Amongst trees where butterflies flutter and dragonflies buzz, The Riverside Inn is an old black a
Great studio room that was spacious and well equipped although it lacked a bit of privacy. Fantastic location that is great for walking. Hotel is very quaint with lots of interesting individual rooms for dining. Superb meal and breakfast. The young staff seem to be unnecessarily competitive with each other that somewhat spoils the ambiance for what is otherwise a nice dining experience.

The Angel is one of Herefordshire's best kept secrets! Tucked away in the sleeply black and white village of Kingsland, the Angel delivers the best in ales, good wines and the freshest local food, in a beautifully appointed village pub.
This is a lovely old world country pub with loads of atmosphere, they have a good selection of beer, cider, wine & spirits & can also provide you with some very good food too & all for a very reasonable price, well worth a visit.

Looking for a traditional village pub? Look no further! We're a family run, friendly pub in the beautiful village of Eardisland, situated on the Black & White Village Trail. Stunning countryside and a warm welcome awaits!
Spent a lovely few days in the beautiful village of Eardisland mid July 2019 lovely friendly local people and had the pleasure of visiting the White Swan Pub. The landlord Tim was very welcoming and Chip the barman/waiter was very accommodating and couldnât do enough for you. Had wonderful meals on two consecutive nights and if like me you like a steak this is the place. All in all a smashing traditional pub with excellent food and staff. Would recommend a visit.Thank you so much for your feedback Geoff, this will be passed on to the team. Weâre really pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay in our beautiful village so much and that we were able to look after you while you were here. Really hope to welcome you back soon.

Stopped here for a midweek dinner and was glad we did. Food tasted homemade which I am hoping it was as the goats cheese tart with smoked cheddar sauce, beetroot, cabbage and new potatoes was really good, especially the vegetables. Partner had chicken and oregano pie which was crammed full of chicken, with chips, veg and gravy. Everything was hot and really tasty. We shared an ice cream which, if honest was a bit of a let down at 3 tiny scoops, think melon ball size, for £5. However the service was very good and other than dessert, was really good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

We ate here today after we had been to the Pembridge Show. My husband had a proper Ploughmans Lunch, generous portions of cheese and ham, gorgeous pickles, lovely salad with a tasty dressing and plenty of crusty bread and a pot of butter. I had steak and kidney pudding, proper chips and a huge amount of peas and gravy. Our meals cost less than £13 for both! Service with a smile.
