Hotel Kandhaas is on main Bharathiyar road (few years back it was bus route to Nagapatinam-Porayar). Even though it is small crumbled restuarant, its food tastes good. Mainly filter coffee, idly sambar and evening snacks and masala milk are run-away success items. Night dinner, many varieties like Veg briyani, veg parotta, special masala dosai, rava idly are hot selling items.Evening we took potato bonda with filter coffee.We had one rava dosai, veg parotta, idly sambar and masala milk for dinner.Rates are very reasonable here.Recently, they added one snacks and bakery outlet next to their restuarant, where they sell sweets, savouries,bakery items, pickles,etc. We bought Vadu Mango pickles, savouries,etc for Rs. 285.00 here. Vadu Mango was fantastic.

I went with my family since it had good reviews. But it is not the case it is very a average food.previously reviews looks like hotel owner have done it for marketing. I felt like I did a mistake when I had food.pls don't try this mess / hotel.
