Late evening dinner. Ordered Cesar salad, Steak with Red wine sauce and a plate of Momos. Nice salad with juicy chicken. Soft tender steak with good tasting sauce and perfect French fries. The momos was not like Delhi style momos, but stil nice tasting. All topped up with very friendly staff that made you feel more than welcome.

The Bay of Buddha has a convenient oceanfront rooftop location with a broad water view. The menu offered a variety of core Southeast Asian dishes. We started with the Thai tom yum soup, the Cambodian shrimp, and the Vietnamese spring rolls. They were all very good, though I would not call any of them outstanding. The main dishes we ordered were the Thai grilled chicken thighs and the Thai grilled pork chops. The boneless chick thighs were wonderfully moist and flavorful and the basil rice was nice accompaniment. The pork chops were also very tasty, though the steamed rice didn't add much to the dish. The coconut tapioca pudding (w/mango) dessert was outstanding and is a must-try menu item.

I went for the pizza since the signage and board outside looked enticing. I was the only diner at about 7PM. There is no aircon so it is quite uncomfortable. The pizza was not too bad, and surprisingly the base did not feel and taste like biscuit as most pizzas do in India. They come in 2 sizes and the small is just right for 1 person. Prices are reasonable.
