Reviewed By FrequentFlier734242Номера средние по размеру. Отличные завтраки. Бесплатный паркинг. Большая, красивая территория, облагороженный лес для прогулок, пробежек. Есть прокат: велосипеды ,электросамокаты. Баня с пирсом в озеро. Общая застекленная кухня с столами, зона барбекю/мангальная. На территории отеля Radisson чистый песочный пляж (до пляжа 15-20 минут).

I did not like the attitude of the staff, it was the impression that guests are not welcome here. At a very late check-in, a late check-out was requested - the hotel did not go to the meeting, the administrator and (owner) of the hotel are not configured to resolve issues in favor of the guest. We were alone in the hotel, we didn't see any other people. The staff didn't want to talk much. We wrote in advance to the hotel, warned that the guests ' birthday. Flight of fancy was not expected, even in words did not congratulate, in General in any way. For a pleasant stay in terms of entertainment, nothing was offered. - In the room, the audibility is very strong. - Air conditioning - no (in the heat can be a problem), safe-no, refrigerator-no, no kettle in the room, no phone (to call the reception). I had to go down by myself and ask for a kettle. In honor of the birthday, there was a "Miracle"- Dali! But, since there is no water in the room, there is no cooler, the Administrator advised to take water from the tap. - Big problems with the kitchen. The Breakfast is "continental", very poor! Reviewed By Trip713191Как это мелко и недостойно для отеля, который называется БУТИК отель, в течение двух дней не накормить своих постояльцев завтраками, стоимость которых была включена в стоимость номера. Вместо завтраков нам предложили другое меню (за доп.плату и не предупредили об этом). На мой вопрос есть ли меню завтрака официантка ответила НЕТ. Когда стали разбираться на ресепшене, сказала, что листок с меню завтраков лежал в папке с другими меню. Она что хочет сказать, что три взрослых человека пролистывая эти папки вдоль и поперек в течение двух дней ни разу не заметили меню завтраков? Итак, нас "нагрели" на 4.000 руб. и вместо нормальных завтраков по утрам (вместо каши и яичницы)., мы ели то, что обычно на завтрак не едят. И при этом мы еще и ужинали каждый вечер в этом ресторане. Льняных салфеток на столах нет, а в первый день кофе нам принесли просто в грязных чашках. В номере не убрались, даже мусор не вынесли. Оплата картами не принимается, только наличные. И этот отель "еще борется за почетное звание отеля высокой культуры быта".
